Location and the spacious room I had

Location was great, breakfast was a very good selection, staff were helpful to our questions.
Builders outside window started work at 0700 and was quite loud in bedroom so early in the morning

Great location with easy access to trains and subway and walking distance to restaurants and nearby venues including the Munch museum and Opera House.
Breakfast was fantastic. Hotel restaurant Bambino provided good service and excellent food.
First room that we were assigned had steep stairs to a sleeping loft. They did change when we pointed out what should have been obvious, our age (80’s) climbing steep metal stairs would not be possible.

I stayed at the end of another building far from elevators . Walk too far with luggage.
Convenient location close to the train station. Look for the sign to platforms 13/14 if you are trying to reach the hotel directly; a large hall opens up down the escalator to the right side and the hotel is signposted in the far left corner. The room had high ceilings and was quiet. It became a bit stuffy at times but luckily the window opened to provide some air. There was a good sitting area at reception which doubled as overflow for the busy breakfast service. The room held a small hanging space (just 5 hangers), a TV and a casual chair, whilst there was a hairdryer in the bathroom. Large bottles of soap were provided next to the sink and shower. The design was modern and quite quirky in terms of wallpaper. Breakfast itself was tasty and plentiful, although the area gets busy even during non-peak times. There were hot (including scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, boiled eggs, small sausages) and cold (bread/rolls, mini croissants, jams, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, salad items, meat/cheese slices) items plus a hot drinks machine (no hot chocolate found) and some diluted juice. The breakfast staff were particularly friendly and welcoming.
The strange design of the bathroom vent (directly above the shower) which meant that it was possible to be cold whilst having a shower due to the strong draft! Insufficient wardrobe storage (also no drawers) and no safe. The automatic bathroom light was an unnecessary feature since it still lit up (and stayed on for too long) even when more than enough light was coming through the window.
Overall location superb.
No advice within room regarding adjusting temperature of air-con.

Great location right at the central station. Convenient to many restaurants & sights. Wonderful breakfast included.
Signage from trains to the hotel could be better. It took us awhile to find hotel which should have only been 5 minutes. Found out that signs had been taken down.
Location was great really enjoyed the whole visit
