The hotel is located next to the central train station, in the city centre. Despite its location, it is not noisy.
The hotel is nothing special, but it is clean.

Cons:

I asked for a gluten-free breakfast when I made the booking, and I was told there would be an allergy station. However, the gluten-free options were very limited. During the first few days there were some gluten-free biscuits, but afterwards only bread was available. The jam was not individually packaged, so it could have been contaminated by other guests.
The floors are carpeted, which I don't like at all because carpets are not easy to clean.

Lage top, Zimmer für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich, an der Rezeption gibt es Luft nach oben. Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend und hat eine grosse Auswahl.
das Badezimmer war gross und sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber okay. Mein Zimmer (Nr. 290) lag am Ende eines Ganges. Es hatte nur ein kleines Fenster, durch das kaum Licht hereinkam. Selbst bei strahlendem Sonnenschein hat man das Licht anzünden müssen, es war immer dunkel. Ausserdem funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, falls es eine gab. Bei Ankunft 25,6 Grad, das man nur durch das Öffnen des Fensters etwas senken konnte. Dadurch hörte man jedoch die Durchsagen im Bahnhof als auch die Geräusche der Tauben, die vor dem Zimmer ihr zuhause haben.

Pros:

Die Lage am Hauptbahnhof und im ehemaligen Bahnhof ist super. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Oslo zu erkunden.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns vor der Checkin-Zeit ins Zimmer gelassen, das war grandios
Es ist sehr ruhig!
Preis-Leistung ist gut, wer sich an kleinen Zimmern nicht stört, findet hier ein gutes Hotel.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war sehr schwierig einzustellen und der Abfluss im Waschbecken hat nicht funktioniert.
Das Licht im Bad liess sichnur durch ziehen der Zimmerkarte löschen, wodurch leider auch die Steckdosen nicht funktionierten.
ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre toll.
