Overall, the room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were all friendly, smiling, and helpful.
Pros:

Great options for breakfast and a very welcoming environment. The table for Breakfast was a little wobbly, but that was my only complaint.

I loved that check-out is at 12 PM—it was so helpful and meant we didn’t have to rush in the morning. Overall, the room was comfortable and spacious. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were all friendly, smiling, and helpful.

Parking was also easy to get in and out of. I felt safe during my stay, and the overall hotel was quiet and comfortable.

Super clean, great location. Beds need replacing
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Great location for a concert at SPAC. Very clean

Cons:

Beds are awful. Literally feel like you are sleeping on plywood. Husband agreed.
Housekeeping knocking on the door at 9am on a Sunday even though it's a 12pm checkout was not a pleasant way to start the day

Since it’s located adjacent to a mall and parking configuration was a bit awkward

It was good other than losing my husband‘s ring and no one turning it in
Pros:

Friendly staff it was nice

Cons:

The day we were leaving, my husband, lost his horseshoe ring with diamonds and somebody picked it up and had to be either a staff member because it was early in the morning when we left so I’m very sad about that. No one found it.
