This was our second time staying in Raj coimbatore…staffs are so good and so cooperative…rooms are clean…breakfast buffet was is something you should never miss.. food was excellent… with good variety…

Average stay as I expected a better expience in Vivanta
Pros:

The room service and housekeeping service as pathetic. They don't even pick up the calls.
But the staff at the Breakfast area were super courteous and efficient. Matched with an excellent breakfast spread this is what probably redeemed our stay

Cons:

The lack of response from Reception and Room service and housekeeping. Their phione system is very user unfriendly.
