Sokkal tisztább volt mint az 5csillagos ez meg is lepett az étkezéseknél az étel minősége és íze is jobb volt!

No me gusto el camarero de bar picina Sebastian x que lo que se le pedia era como si le molestara darlo cuando ivamos c un todo incluido nose sus gestos y contestaciones le pedi cabio para jugar al billar y me contesto tu me ves con cara de cambio llevo toda la p... tarde y soli he echo 40 centimos vete a reception a cambiar fue un mal educado creeo q la empresa ya le paga a el para estar diciendo sobre la propina bueno el resto bien

La ubicación está bien porque está cerca de muchos locales y bares, además está al lado del mirador. Estás a dos pasos de la playa y del centro comercial.
El gimnasio es nulo, apenas hay 2 bicicletas medio rotas, y un par de pesas. El spa es pequeño y no siempre tiene masajistas, por lo que si vas con esa idea busca otro spa externo al hotel.
No me dieron opción.
1. Reclamación formal para Booking y 07 Tenerife
*Asunto:* Incidencia grave reserva nº 6805426622 - 29/05/2026
Hola,
El viernes 29 de mayo de 2026 realicé y pagué por Booking la reserva nº *6805426622* para 2 noches en el hotel *07 Tenerife*, con entrada el viernes 29/05 y salida el domingo 31/05.
Al llegar al hotel sobre las 3 de la madrugada, la recepción me informó que, aunque Booking les había enviado el correo confirmando la reserva y el pago, su sistema interno no había autorizado ni registrado dicha reserva. Estuvimos esperando más de 45 minutos para ver si llegaba la confirmación interna, sin resultado.
Al no poder acceder a la habitación pagada, nos vimos obligados a buscar alojamiento alternativo a esas horas, con el perjuicio económico y de tiempo que ello supone.
Considero inaceptable que el hotel acepte reservas y cobros a través de Booking sin tener sincronizado su sistema interno, y que no ofrezca una solución inmediata al cliente.
Solicito:
1. El reembolso íntegro de las 2 noches pagadas.
2. Una compensación por los gastos adicionales ocasionados al tener que buscar otro hotel de urgencia.
3. Que revisen su sistema de gestión de reservas para evitar que esto vuelva a ocurrir.
Adjunto confirmación de reserva y pago de Booking. Quedo a la espera de su respuesta en 7 días.

El lugar y el personal de recepción muy amable.
Nos ubicaron en una habitación con pocas vistas y habíamos elegido con vistas. El bufet dejaba que desear además del personal de allí .
