Taal Vista Hotel

My family had a wonderful experience. The staff assisted my father, who's in a wheelchair from the hotel entrance up to Taza restaurant. We enjoyed the food and the service. Keep up the good work.

One word. Exceptional. All request granted. A foggy, rainy day in Tagaytay... perfect weather, perfect company, perfect place.

Everything was good and in order, all of the crew are polite specially the security.

Taal Vista is close to Skyranch Tagaytay, and the restaurant and property are both huge and lovely. We had a wonderful time! The room was spotless, and they even gave us a complimentary cake. You can relax in their swimming pool and spa, and the food is delicious. I especially appreciate the staff’s kindness and respect. It was a perfect stay, and we’re definitely planning to return!

We can se the pool a few steps from our door (mountain view loc). The garden was fantastic thanks to the taal view😍

Excellent breakfast!

The property was ok but the staff treated us poorly with just excesses in buffet breakfast. The staff through her superior followed us during our family photo ops when there is alot of option to as us and billed the excess and take note we have not yet on check out. I have booked 3 rooms and availed buffet dinner and spa with all paid. But the staff assigned to breakfast outside is not properly trained and made impression to us that we will not pay the excess

Me Roll Roque at Breakfast Hall was very helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. He went out of his way not only for us but for the other guests as well.

Dino was very attentive, he made sure our concerns were addressed. Team Taza served our food on time.

From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome. The guards were warm and helpful, the staff were very accommodating, and housekeeping was attentive and kind throughout our stay. Their service really makes every visit feel special and comfortable.

What touched us the most was the sweet surprise they prepared for our 8-month-old baby — a greeting cake for his monthly milestone. Such a simple gesture but it meant so much to us as parents. We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and effort.

Our family recently stayed at Taal Vista Hotel, and it felt so good to be back after a few years. There’s something special about returning to a place that already holds wonderful memories, and this visit gave us even more reasons to love it.

One of the first things we noticed was the beautifully renovated Lake Wing. The rooms felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed while still maintaining the cozy charm that Taal Vista is known for. We were assigned a room on the second floor, which was very convenient since it had easy access to the covered terrace which was the way to the garden and restaurant.

The service throughout our stay was excellent. Whenever we needed anything, assistance arrived quickly. Every staff greeted us whenever they see us with smiles on their faces.

The weather was absolutely perfect during our visit. In fact, it was my first time seeing the lake, mountain and ocean so clearly from Taal Vista because the skies were so bright and clear. The view of Taal Volcano was breathtaking as always. My daughter was especially fascinated by the stories about the volcano and its history.

She also enjoyed spending time at the play area while I squeezed in a workout on the treadmill. I understand the kids' area and gym are still undergoing some renovations, but I actually appreciated their current setup. Having the gym and play area close together allowed me to exercise while still keeping an eye on her, which was a huge plus as a parent.

Breakfast at The Veranda was another memorable part of our stay. The live singers added such a warm and lively atmosphere to the morning. Their music made breakfast feel more special and brought so much life and joy to the space. The easy access to Sky Ranch Tagaytay was also really nice and hassle-free. You can even purchase the tickets at the reception.

Overall, our stay reminded me why Taal Vista continues to be one of our favorite family getaways. Between the renovated rooms, beautiful views, attentive service, cool weather, and family-friendly amenities, it was a relaxing and memorable experience that we’re already looking forward to repeating. ✨
