Pros:

I like how the staffed welcomed us, they were so accommodating, and the view of the taal volcano was stunning.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that they gave our room to another person, when we arrived at the room on the screen was flashed another persons name, i tried telling the reception but we were given the wrong room but the lady told us it was just a system error, then when we arrived the day after at the buffet breakfast we told the staff our room number, and they called us "Ms. Lacibal" which was the name flased on the screen, there too many ants on the floor and it was was always dirty like it was never mopped, the other morning when i switched on the tv another name was flashed on the screen "Mr. Mabilangan". We never felt welcome inside the room. We were welcomed by the flying ants though.

Best Place, Best Staff and Best Food

Great place to stay. Wonderful view of the volcano. Welcoming staff. Delicious food. Clean and comfortable room rooms. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you so a memorable stay.

Great experience having joined the ballroom dancing at the Casino Filipino, right across the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast view and the food itself.

Cons:

telephone in the room did not function and there was no instruction about the wifi and password.

Priceless people providing great memories
Pros:

The location is awesome. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They give you a sense of belongingness, with those wonderful smiles. The staff are hardworking, Fred and the rest of the Veranda crew are awesome. Thanks for making our stay a memory unforgettable.

Great Experience
Pros:

We stayed last June 25 in a superior room (305).. the room was clean and cozy. The entire hotel has a fantastic view of Taal Volcano. The staffs were very approachable and welcoming especially to Nikko and Fahad for their exceptional service from the moment we stepped inside the hotel to checking out. These two deserves to be commended for a job well done. Thank you Taal Vista! We will definitely come back soon! 🥰

Pros:

Nice place to relax.

Cons:

I did not like the people in the lobby, the roving guards, the guards by the door going to the lake side and to dahlia function room, some bell boys. They see you having difficulty carrying your luggage and other stuff but they will not offer to lend you a hand. Every time they see me they ask you need help but will make you wait by calling for someone else to help you.
