L’emplacement était magnifique, l’hôtel est beau et bien entretenu
Je dois dire que le personnel n’est pas très serviable par exemple nous avons été dans la piscine on voulait boire un cocktail ou quelque chose et personne est venu nous servir. Nous avons aussi après passer devant la réception le réceptionniste était là mais il n’a même pas levé la tête pour dire bonsoir. Par contre au petit déjeuner la fille qui nous a servi. Dommage j’ai oublié son nom mais elle elle était très gentille. Encore une fois je regrette l’absence des brosses des toilettes dans les toilettes.
Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Adolfo served us breakfast every morning and was so helpful. Our room was spacious and kept clean. The rooftop pool was great and had amazing views from the pool and bar.
Not the hotel’s fault but the pool was closed for some of our stay due to poor weather.
The room was so beautiful and comfy! I was immediately welcomed by the hotel staff and they helped me with my bags. In Bogota, some areas are unsafe and you need to be careful, but in this area, it's very safe, calm and it's really nice! I highly recommend! There are convenience stores, restaurants, malls and atms nearby as well.
