Ropa de cama sucia
Pros:

Su ubicación es buena y fácil de llegar, me sentí segura

Cons:

Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedó, es cómodo y tiene muy buena ubicación, sin embargo la ropa de cama no la cambian, bastante sucia y huele mal, sobre todo la de las almohadas, cuando regresé del desayuno ya estaba hecha la habitación para los siguiente huéspedes y con las mismas sábanas 😕

todo bien a excepcion de lo molesto que es dejar deposito por el control y que no lo regresen .

En general me gusta este hotel por lo centrico y el buen servicio

Cons:

el cobro excesivo de $400.00 por adquirir el control de TV. que es un servicio que el hotel debe de ofrecer
y el tiempo que se toman para regresar hasta 5 dias y aun no he tenido respuesta de la devolucion de dicha
cantidad.
deben de buscar una manera de que sea un servicio no es posible que tengan la tv y tengamos que dejar deposito
por usarla.

El peor lugar donde me he hospedado

Solo la comida, el Chef muy amable

Recepcionista grosera, me pedían que cancelara porque no tenían habitaciónes, ya que vendieron cupo de mas, se hizo un caos por qué varios clientes estaban igual y al final dieron las habitaciones como quisieron, me atendieron al final después de 1 hora
