My check in time was 2:30pm so my room should be ready i reached the property by 6.30 and there was a big line at reception staff shouting at guests after one hour they said in 20 minutes the rooms will be ready but I got my check in by 12:30 am next day so rude staff they were kinda fighting with us that go and cancel ur room and take refund we went to have some good time and instead of that we had the bed experience and bad tiime

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The only positive thing I can say is that the room was clean and spacious. Everything else was a complete disaster.
We arrived at 2:00 PM and ended up waiting almost three hours just to check in. More than 50 guests were left standing in line with no proper explanation from the staff. The way the situation was handled was shockingly unprofessional. No one seemed to know what they were doing, no updates were provided, no effort was made to accommodate or reassure frustrated guests, and unbelievably, not a single apology was offered after making people wait for three hours.
The lobby toilets were absolutely disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned properly. When we finally got to our room, there were no face towels or bath towels provided. To make things even worse, the room key repeatedly stopped working every few hours, forcing us to make multiple trips back to reception just to regain access to our room.
The level of service from the reception staff was appalling. One of the night receptionists spent the entire time on her phone, completely ignoring what was happening around her and showing zero concern for guests who needed assistance. It was clear that customer service was not a priority at this hotel.
To top it all off, cleaning equipment was left lying around the hotel in plain sight, creating an untidy and poorly managed environment. For a property claiming to be a 4-star hotel, the lack of professionalism, organization, and basic hospitality standards was embarrassing.
A 4-star rating means nothing when the service is this terrible. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.
