Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The location great, the free onsite parking is great.
The room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant serves good food.
Overall, good value for the price.

Cons:

There's no lift, so be prepared to carry your bags up stairs, or ask for a ground floor room.

Pros:

Super easy location accessible to everything most of the staff were amazing and accommodating due to being a power outage and water unfortunately some weren’t

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a power outage and water outage due to Oz grid which there was a pamphlet on the desk as check-in letting us know but not telling us that breakfast would be finished two hours early and didn’t actually inform us in person when checking in that there was gonna be an outage.

It was grand….. but pricey for what it is. It’s very old fashioned and the rooms seem more like a motel room than an act

Very good. Safe and secure for single traveller and all meals covered in house was very convenient.
Pros:

check in was easy. Staff were very helpful and sorted out the air conditioning issue promptly. Room service was very convenient.

Cons:

Was a bit noisy late in evening with guests slamming doors but that is hard to manage.

Not great, needs a refurb
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

There was not hot water in the shower
The toilet seat was broken
The TV didnt work
And the air con remote needed new batteries so u cldnt see the display to know what setting u were on.

Great location but unfortunately very outdated
Pros:

Convenient location friendly start

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds and outdated bathrooms need a renovation, carpets are very worn and dirty looking and bed linen needs updating as they had some stains on them even though they were clean. Also parking was a bit of a nightmare as the hotel was booked out also massive potholes going through carpatk area.

I enjoyed my stay thanks to the great location and comfortable bed, but improving the housekeeping, ensuring consistent

Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy.
The bathroom was clean.
The bed was comfortable and firm.
The shower was lovely and hot on the first night.

Cons:

The housekeeping could have been better. When I arrived, I found fries on the floor inside the room, just outside the bathroom and I also noticed a few other crumbs in the carpet. This suggested the room hadn't been vacuumed properly before my arrival.
The shower temperature was inconsistent. Although it was nice and hot on the first night, the next morning I had to wait quite a while for it to heat up, and it only became lukewarm.
The pillows need replacing. They were all very flat and offered very little support, which affected comfort.
