The concierge was friendly found a charger for me and directed me to the washing machine very pleasant and helpful

Cons:

The room was horrible apparently the motel was full so I couldn't be relocated there was someone else's milk in the bar fridge empty food packets in the room I gave these to the room service lady would not recommend

Budget stay clean and tidy rooms

Rooms had a mouldy musty smell
Had to walk through a dirt gravel track back to our rooms after using the pool.
Room had no flyscreen on one window
Tv remote didn’t work from the bed had to change channel or turn it on off

Budget friendly room, but not ideal for families.
Pros:

Staff were friendly upon arrival. Room appeared clean at first inspection.
Has a restaurant attached but we did not utilise this.

Cons:

Booked a room advertised to have a queen bed, but the room we were given was a double bed.
Air con unit was severely filthy and needs a good clean.
Walls are paper thin, spent all night hearing doors slamming , could hear everytime someone nearby went to the toilet or had a shower, plus lots of stomping from the room upstairs.
No door on shower so water goes everywhere when showering.

Great, friendly staff, lovely breakfast and room service was added bonus after arriving late

Cons:

Three small flights of stairs to our room, usually not an issue but a recent knee Injury this was difficult however we did not request a ground floor so there is not anyone's fault and something we would keep in mind to think about next time 😄

I am sincerely thankful for the room service staff, for their work.

Cons:

Great hospitality all round. We enjoyed dinner on Saturday night, it was excellent. A special mention on the deserts, exceptional!
