Very good location, pleasant staff and excellent buffet breakfast. Apart from the comments below it was immaculately clean and well looked after.
Squashed mosquito on the bedroom wall above the desk. Also, as is often the case there was a little mould in the shower.

Parking and location
Service and breakfast quality. One hour before the end of breakfast (usually the busiest time) only one server was running around to serve a full dining room. Everything was gone by then.
Lokalita, dostupnost ke vsem mostům a prochazkam kolem rokle reky Rhumel, cca 1 km od tramvaje do Nove Constantiny. Velke prostorne pokoje. Hledateli pohodlné ubytovani za rozumnou cenu, hotel je spravna volba. Navic v hotelu cepuji pivo v prepoctu za 90 kc!
Hotel skutecne potrebuje “napudrovat”. I pres zjevne stari by stacilo malo pro zlepseni udrzby a uklidu.
The location was good and the breakfast was decent.
The staff at check in took a long time and didn't seem familiar with booking.com. There was a sign offering a welcome drink and when we tried to get one we got sent in circles to the bar, restaurant and back to the bar. We gave up. Half the staff was friendly and half were grumpy. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The gym was so filthy we didn't use it, there was dirt on the walls and the hallway smelled of cigarettes.

Le personnel de la réception est très professionnel et plutôt agréable. Et réactif.

Vraiment déçue. Le standing du Novotel n’est pas à la hauteur.
Les parties communes très vieillissantes, les chambres aussi. La chasse d’eau en inox pleine de traces de doigt ; le miroir de la salle de bain plein de traces ; le frigo pas propre et qui ne refroidi pas les aliments ; la clim qui ne fonctionne pas ; 2 serviettes de bain pour une réservation de chambre familiale pour 4 ; une couette sur le canapé lit sans housse de couette, idem pour un coussin sans taie ; un matelas de canapé lit digne d’un matelas de camping ; éléments cassés ou dégradés dans la salle de bain etc.
Bref, je ne reviendrai pas.
