I had the burger and fries . Very delicious. Joey and Vanshita recommended me the Bistro burger. They were very friendly .

Joey was amazing. Kind and friendly had a great conversation.

Joey made our experience here memorable! She took our food order, made and served our cocktails with a smile that lit up the room!

I liked the 24/7 Starbucks.
Breakfast offerings were outstanding. The restaurant would hold its own against most regular restaurants.

My wife and I always enjoy the courteous and fun staff at the Salt River Marriott. Analisa, Beth and Joey are consistently awesome and personable! We also like the amenities and features at this location! Steve M

Joey took really good care of me and Corey absolutely KILLED that rigatoni à la vodka!! Whenever I’m back in Phoenix I’m absolutely going to need to stay here again (hopefully they’re on shift when I’m here lol)

Holden at the bistro is the man! Makes great drinks and provides excellent service. When you look at the model employee, Holden is just that.

The hotel, the lobby front entrance 👍🏼restaurant pool and the room.

Although the hotel amenities were a bit pricey for the area, we had an enjoyable experience. The highlight was Joey behind the bar/coffee counter; she was super friendly and so welcoming. She made our experience great!

Very nice hotel. Super quiet. It was 110-120 degrees out so spent a lot of time indoors there. Everyone was super nice. My bartender/waitress was Joey and she was truly a sweetheart, she made the stay even better!!

Front desk staff were cold and gave off an uninterested vibe, not rude, just not helpful. The cafe staff were the exception and were genuinely friendly.

I booked a king room and was given a double accessible room instead. Not a huge deal on its own, but the next morning I discovered the shower head didn't work. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told to have my suitcase packed and ready so housekeeping could get to it since they were "almost at capacity." I packed up and left my suitcase by the door.

They moved me to a king room and said my suitcase would already be there. It wasn't, but a call down to the front desk got it delivered within 10 minutes.

The room looked clean on the surface, but my feet picked up dust and debris just walking around, enough that I had to wipe them off before putting on socks the next morning. That night I found tiny debris particles and hairs in the bed, including under the pillows. Not stained, but enough that I doubt the sheets were actually changed between guests. I ended up pulling off the bedding and wiping down the fitted sheet myself. It was the last night of a work trip, so I just dealt with it, but I won't be staying here again.

What really pushed me to write this (something I rarely do) is the card left in the room asking guests to tip the cleaning staff for doing the job they were hired to do. If a hotel needs guests to subsidize wages for basic housekeeping, that's a pretty telling sign about how they treat their staff, and it explains the corner-cutting I experienced.

Very nice Courtyard with easy access to freeway and Old Town Scottsdale. All staff were extremely friendly. Joey, the person running the Bistro was wonderful. Her Watermelon Jalapeño Margaritas were a hit. Will definitely return here in the future.

Joey is the best bar tender! Shes halirious & so sweet! We love to crack jokes! Super genuine woman! ❤️

Excellent customer service; rooms and beds smelled fresh and were clean, food was delicious, warmest hospitality of staff at the front and the cleaners and specially the Starbucks staff Beth, Analiza, Joey, Cory and Gerardo

The location is very convenient, the rooms are very comfy! My compliments to the bartender Joey, she gave the best service and the best drinks!
