Important information:

ARRIVAL:
24H Reception
TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.

SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 15 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (Max of 2 pets per apartment)

CLEANING:
Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Please note that the service charge applies to all bookings and it is not refundable.

To ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests, we are unable to host group celebrations, unless guests are 21 years or older while staying with us.

Pros:

It was great! Very clean very nice view near the beach and shops! The people that worked there were very nice and very helpful with everything even on our last day they helped us with our stuff to leave them somewhere safe. I will definitely recommend it again and if I go to Mallorca again I will definitely choose this hotel!

A great stay - good facilities and a great location
Pros:

Excellent location- a five minute walk to the beach.The apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hob didn’t work but other than this everything was fine.

Appartamento bellissimo
Pros:

La struttura è nuovissima e molto pulita. Letteralmente ad un passo dal mare e vicino a bar e minimarket. Il personale è molto accogliente e parla italiano. Gli appartamenti sono puliti e forniscono asciugamani e sapone.

Se avete i capelli lunghi portatevi il phon perché è piccolino 🤣

Mención especial a Fabiana y Abel. Una atención exquisita y una amabilidad que siempre ha sido agradecida.
Las vistas desde el apartamento, una maravilla. El espacio muy amplio y bonito.
