ARRIVAL:
24H Reception
TOURIST TAXES will be requested at your arrival. Amount per person (+16 years) and per night. As this is a government levy, that will never be charged within the total of the reservation, neither before the arrival.
SERVICES:
A baby kit suitable for children under 2 years and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€)
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 15 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 25 kg are allowed. (Max of 2 pets per apartment)
CLEANING:
Please note that towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.
Guests are kindly asked to clean the kitchen before departure. A free cleaning kit with the essentials is provided.

To ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests, we are unable to host group celebrations, unless guests are 21 years or older while staying with us.

Alles war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Ich habe gesehen, wie täglich eine Wasserprobe aus dem Pool entnommen wurde. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Ich kann ihn Familien nur empfehlen.
Ich hoffe, dass die Betten, insbesondere die Matratzen, gut gepflegt werden.
La situación es inmejorable, el personal no puede ser más amable y se desviven por hacerte la estancia mucho más agradable si cabe. A nosotros nos tocó una habitación con vistas al mar y es increíble.
Todo está a la altura de las expectativas.

The location was super overlooking a fabulous beach. Close to all amenities. Staff were just lovely, friendly and obliging.
No mirrors in bedrooms. Nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom. Could do with another living room sofa in two bedroom apartment.
Amazing location, friendly and accommodating staff, price was great for our stay and over half term. Clean, comfortable and everything we needed - also an amazing view of the sea.
Not the properties fault but we had some noisy lads next to us, young so not drinking and rowdy but kept us awake until 2am our last night when we had a 5am pick up for the airport. I’d recommend placing quiet families, couples and the younger noisier groups away from each other.

Все очень понравилось , удобное расположение, номера с видом на море и не солнечная сторона, можно прекрасно проводить время на террасе с видом на бассейн и море, отличный бар и хороший персонал, особенно Светлана очень нам помогала с выбором напитков, была отзывчивой и вежливой, чистые номера. Все супер 👍
