Debo de viajar una vez al mes durante 2 años, nunca volvere a este hotel
Pros:

Buena ubicacion, limpieza. Baño sin extractor por lo cual se empaña totalmente. Desde booking compre 4 extrellas y cuando llego al hotel me dan una de 3. Camas duras, con plasticos

Pros:

Decent everything. Lovely rooftop, but the weather didn’t play along. Liked the bike room

Cons:

No atmosphere in the lobby bar/resto. The gym is a joke!!

I enjoyed my stay in a comfortable hotel which has an excellent location.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. It offered a varied selection of good quality food.

Cons:

The room was very comfortable. I did experience noise in the early hours of the morning coming from the the street below my bedroom. This is not the fault of the hotel.

Pros:

El personal estuvo muy amable y cordial, especialmente Lumy, nos han hecho sentirnos como en casa. El hotel está genial, todo nuevo, limpio y lujoso. El bar de la planta 5 tiene unas vistas espectaculares, el ambiente es moderno y con buena música, ha sido una experiencia excepcional, gracias a todo el equipo!

Nos gustó todo, estuvo todo genial.

Good site but average hotel.
Pros:

The situation of the property is good and central. AC good.Breakfast good but small areas wise.

Cons:

The staff at the front desk were poor and need training. Too young and inexperienced . Very little help with choice of restaurants and helping facilitate advance bookings. The rooms on the 6th and 7th floor have a major issue with sound proofing. Could hear everything next door including the TV. Banging doors etc. Bad nights sleep. My friend had bed bugs in his room and is covered with bites. The coffee shop/ bar in the hotel poorly designed and closed on certain days.
