Lovely hotel but suggest upgrade to the Gran Utonia ( same hotel ) which has renovated and soundproofed floor
Pros:

Location excellent ; roof terrace lovely area to relax

Cons:

Awful soundproofing on the floors allocated to the Utonia - especially the 5th floor adjacent to the terrace - so difficult to sleep before midnight with noises from other rooms

Wonderful staff, food and accommodation
Pros:

Lovely hotel very close to tourist hotspots. Staff were very accommodating, rooms were big, airy and had everything you need. The breakfast was great and the tapas on the rooftop was wonderful.
We were able to check in early which was a big bonus after a hot flight and transfer from the airport. This seems to be a common positive for the hotel.

Good value for money hotel, within walking distance of the sights of the old city.
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, only a short walk from the old town. It also has its own secure underground parking (for a price). The staff were friendly and helpful.
