Lovely week here as a family of 4 :)
Pros:

We had a lovely week here as a family of 4 :)

The rooms were clean and tidy and were cleaned twice during the week. We had a room directly opposite the entertainment stage and main pool area. It was loud until 10pm- 11pm, we struggled the first night but then got used to the noise/kids were going to bed later. It was nice to have the option to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the entertainment from a distance.
I paid extra for a safe.
We didn’t eat at the snack bar as we were happy to wait until restaurant was open.
In the restaurant, no queues at all and there was a range of different choices: I really like my fish, vegetable/Mediterranean, my husband loves his meat and rice, kids are more with the blander choices such as chips, pasta and pizza. Enjoyed the food and liked the theme nights (perfect opportunity to try new things). Couldn’t fault the breakfast choices either: from salad, fruit, cereals, bread, cold meats to full English breakfasts.
We are not drinkers so unable to give an opinion on the alcohol. Plenty of choices of cold drinks and fresh water. I really like a cup of tea in the morning so I asked for a kettle in the room and took some teabags/sugar from the restaurant. Bought a small bottle of milk from lidl up the road which I stored in the mini fridge. We were a bit chilly the first two nights so we asked for extra blankets (weather changed and it got hotter after that, yay!)
All staff were so nice and helpful. My 5 year old son absolutely loved Jose, and couldn’t wait to get him to high-5 him and his number of teddies at meal times.
Kids LIVED in the pool (ages 5 and 8) :My son wore a swimming vest and was able to come down the slide and exit the pool on his own.

Overall, looking back: we had a fantastic time and we would return to this hotel tomorrow, if we could.

Brilliant hotel, not a single fault to be found
Pros:

We honestly cannot find a single bad thing to say about this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely fantastic, with plenty of variety and something for everyone, and the entire hotel was spotless throughout our stay.
What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. Every single member of the team is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The snack bar was constantly being replenished with a fantastic selection of food, so there was always something delicious available.
The highlight of the holiday has to be the incredible facilities for children. The kids' club is brilliant, there's a games room with several consoles, a cinema room showing Disney films, and a huge range of activities running throughout the day. A special mention has to go to Gianfranco, the manager for being a lovely helpful, italian human & Dini, the head of the animation team, who was absolutely amazing. Dini and the entire team work tirelessly to make sure every guest has the best holiday possible and always go above and beyond with a smile.
The kids' disco was a huge hit every evening, with the animation team bringing so much energy and fun, dressing up in different costumes each night and creating a fantastic atmosphere. The entertainment throughout our stay was varied, engaging, and enjoyable for all ages—there was never a dull moment.
This is genuinely the best hotel we have ever stayed in, and it gave us memories that will last a lifetime. A huge thank you to everyone who made our holiday so special. We can't wait to return!

Descanso, relax y entretenimiento asegurados
Pros:

Not the best
Pros:

Visited 11th-18th May as 3 adults and 2 children in interconnecting rooms. Rooms were decent size, we had rooms 1024 and 1025 which were inland view, but was nice and quiet as 1024 was a corner room. Beds were very firm though! Especially the pull out sofa. Not very comfortable for the children at all. It was around 16-20 degrees that week, some overcast days and it was really cold at night. No quilt in the room, just sheets and then a blanket that wasn’t even long enough to fit the whole of you. Couldn’t get heating to work.
We arrived at around 11am and had to wait until 3pm for our room to be ready, luckily it was ready at 2pm.
Food was horrible, we thought breakfast would at least be decent but it wasn’t. The eggs were stone cold, even though they had just been put out. Desserts at dinner times were warm. We only ate at the hotel on the first day, and ate out all the other days. Cocktails were pre made in a machine and vile. Only nice thing was the slush machine. Vodka tasted really cheap.
My daughter became unwell on the 2nd day, after swallowing pool water and getting pool water in her ear. Which meant we was hotel room bound for the whole holiday after this. It’s not until we’ve got back home and took her to the doctors that they said she’s got food poisoning and a bad ear infection, from the water. My daughter had only eaten food at this hotel. Wish I flagged up her illness to the hotel doctor now. But made do with calpol until we got home.
Pool water is freezing too! Unbearable to even put your feet in.
Location of the hotel was ok. Only a 5/10 min walk into the main beach and strip of shops. But the hotel itself is surrounded more by residential area, with a Spanish school across the road.

Don’t forget you have to pay tourist tax when you arrive. Ours was around €70 for 3 adults.
We also had to pay for a safe for the week. This was around €30 but you get €5 back when you hand in the key.
Pool towels are also €10 each. Luckily, we took our own.

We wouldn’t return to this hotel. But would return to Palmanova.

Pobyt uważam za udany
Pros:

Dostaliśmy pokój tuż nad recepcja i niestety w nocy słychać każdy krzyk , hałas , przyjeżdżających i wyjeżdżających.

Beautiful early May bank holiday family getaway
Pros:

We stayed here for a short early May bank holiday getaway to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday, and we really couldn’t fault the place — everything was pleasant, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. Check-in took less than 5 minutes as we provided all passport info in advance online.

The hotel kindly surprised us with an upgrade to beautiful Magnus rooms with jacuzzis on the ground floor, right by the pool. As we were travelling with grandparents, we also had interconnecting rooms, and both were beautifully prepared on arrival. The rooms included coffee machines, fridges stocked with bottled water, and everything was laid out very conveniently. Housekeeping was excellent and the rooms were spotless every day, however the hotel is clearly quite old yet very well maintained and fairly recently renovated. Despite being poolside, noise levels were never an issue, and the evening entertainment finished at a reasonable hour, so we always had a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning was also fantastic — powerful enough to keep the room cool, yet quiet enough to sleep comfortably.

The food was what you would typically expect from an all-inclusive buffet, with plenty of choice at every meal. Evening dinners were themed, and we especially enjoyed the Mexican night. Drinks were fairly basic, with most cocktails being pre-mixed and quite weak, while the more premium options came at an extra cost. That said, the paid cocktails were excellent — I had a beautifully presented Mojito for €8.80 that was genuinely lovely.

The pools were very clean and well-maintained, with lifeguards always on duty, so everything felt very safe. Floaties not allowed, only small swimming rings and noodles. The only downside was that none of the pools are heated, and the water was freezing cold this early in May. We also had some rain and cloudy weather. Thankfully, our jacuzzi more than made up for it. The children’s slides and inflatable pool ball were an absolute hit with the kids.

There were plenty of sunbeds around both pool areas, and unlike many resorts, very few were reserved early in the morning, so we never had any trouble finding a spot. Some families seem to claim a spot as theirs every day, but that's certain Brits for you, and outside of the hotel's control.

The animation team also seemed to do a fantastic job keeping the younger children entertained. My daughter is 9 now, so she wasn't very interested, and they didn't really involve the older ones. Mini Disco looked very popular from afar.

Overall, this was a great-value holiday and we would definitely return. We booked our holiday through Jet2 Holidays and everything was seamless from start to finish. We actually whizzed through the airport and were also the first ones to be dropped off at the hotel since it's only 20 minutes away from Palma airport. Great job Fergus Club Palmanova Park for such a lovely stay!

Great Value for money hotel
Pros:

Please ignore the negative reviews ...if you want a 5* hotel and faciliities then pay for it
Myself and my wife stayed here in mid april and had an amazing stay ...greeted on arrival by the very friendly and helpful front desk team
Arrived at just after midday and our room was ready which was a bonus so dumped our cases and headed down to resteraunt for lunch and a drink
The room was nipping clean and was cleaned everyday by the lovely maids who were always pleasant and polite
We stayed all inclusive and the drinks what we had were all of a fairly decent quality
We stayed on the assumption that although we were all inclusive we would most likely eat out on a few occasions during our stay , but we ate breakfast and evening meal every day in the hotel as the food was really decent and always plenty of choice
The staff work tirelessly to keep all areas of the hotel clean but sometimes i think they are fighting a losing battle
We didnt see any of the entertainment throughout day or night as we were always out and about but when we passed on our way out it seemed to be ok
The hotel is situated within easy walking distance to palma nova and it took us just over 20mins to walk into Magaluf...buses run regularly into Palma city but can get quite busy and will sometimes drive straight past the stop if they are full
On our departure day we had an early flight and a 5.30 am pickup but the lovely man on reception fetched us warm crossaints from the kitchen whilst we were waiting which i thought was really nice of him
All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay , rooms basic but clean , friendly staff and good selection of food and drinks.

Excelente estadia!
Pros:

a fantastic hotel for everyone
Pros:

me and my boyfriend stayed for 6 nights at Fergus for such a good price. we had a really nice room so close to the pool and bar. the pool was chilly but so refreshing in warm weather and not too overcrowded. the bar is amazing u can have any alcohol with any mixer and a choice of about 5 cocktails for the all inclusive. the food was amazing! something for everyone- we aren’t picky eaters but if u are there is pasta every night with either carbonara or tomato sauce and pizza which is amazing. the staff are friendly and entertainment is really good at night - our favourite was magic bubbles! each night there is a mini disco at 8:30pm for the children and they love it !! also there is a selection of e-bikes and bikes at the front and we hired them for the day which was perfect we cycled all along the cycle route almost to palma and stayed at a beach it was easy and no problems. we would definitely come here again and it’s close proximity to the beach is about a 6 minute walk

Amazing holiday
Pros:

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Everything was well organised, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.
What stood out the most was definitely the entertainment team. They, in particular Lorenzo and Claudia, were always full of energy, approachable and genuinely enthusiastic about what they do. They made every activity enjoyable and created a lively environment that brought guests together throughout the day and night.

Pros:

Liked the location, walking distance to bus stop A11 direct from the airport, souvenir shop and lovely beach. Good selection of food and drink at the buffet. Nice red wine!

Cons:

Beds- no duvet so was a little bit cold/uncomfortable but it was minor. We used an extra blanket that was in the cupboard.
