Una de las mejores opciones para quedarse en Cúcuta
Pros:

Creo que es uno de los mejores hoteles de la ciudad, sus instalaciones, la ubicación y el desayuno son excelentes.

Cons:

Que el spa funciona independiente del hotel y hay días en los que no está disponible.

Soy americana y no me aceptaron mi pasaporte con mis pasajes que necesitan un sello de entrada ya eso no lo hacen si no digital por lo tanto no me regresaron los impuestos cosa que es mandatoria regresas cuando estás llegando internacional.

Las habitaciones estan en buenas condiciones, el mini bar y las opciones de la nevera son bastantes atractivas. la ducha es deliciosa, sale con suficinete fuerza y los espacios y distancias en la habitacion estan bastante bien distribuidos, puedes caminar libremente y tienes suficiente espacio para colocar maletas.

Cons:

La recepcion y el lobbing en general no cuenta con aire acondicionado. En una ciudad como Cucuta es esencial este tipo de cosas, no es confort es necesidad. Solo habia un chico atendiendo y tuvimos que esperar bastante porque habian dos huespedes antes de mi, esto incomoda porque llegue a las 11pm y solo queria descansar rapido y tener que esperar 35 minutos mientras iba a ser atendida no aporto nada a la experiencia del hotel (adicional sudando porque no habia aire acondicionado). Yo tenia tres habitaciones, en una de ellas no funciono el AC, solo hechaba aire caliente como modo ventilador. Mi habitacion no tenia secador de cabello y decia en la reserva que lo incluia. para ser un hotel tan costoso, me parecio que bote mi dinero.
