La ubicación
Muchos del personal son muy fríos, poco amables.
El desayuno muy regular
La ubicación es perfecta cuando viajas de turismo a Buga, muy cerca de la Basílica.
Los colchones de las camas son duros, recomendable que sean un poco mas confortables.

El Check in deberían permitir hacerlo antes si llegas mas pronto, se puede entregar la habitación después de las 3 pero permitir el trámite al menos,sobre todo en fin de semana a las 3 pm hay fila de gente esperando
La locación es perfecta porque estar cerca de todo, es muy fácil desde ahi llegar a partes turísticas e incluso al centro de la ciudad.
El desayuno estuvo bien. Quiero destacar las personas de la portería fueron siempre muy amables, los meseros y la persona que ayudaba con el equipaje. La limpieza de la habitación fue excelente.
Si comparamos precio por el estado del hotel da mucho que decir. Es mi 4 vez quedándome allí siempre quiero volver pero esta vez quede un poco decepcionada.
Primero, en la parte del front desk no hay como un servicio al cliente agradable. Las personas que hacían el check in o estaban allí se les notaba que estaban por estar. No hay una sonrisa ni como ese trato que da gusto a uno como huésped. Hubo solamente uno de ellos que generalmente estaba en las noches que fue el único que realmente saludaba con entusiasmo. El resto puedo decir que estaban ahi por estar. Porque hago énfasis en esto porque si yo estoy pagando por 6 días de estadía lo que corresponde a un salario mínimo de un mes completo pues espero sentirme bienvenida. Entonces considero que la administración debería de capacitar al personal en ese sentido y que cuando se trabaja en un hotel el huésped espera sentirse bienvenido siempre. La habitación muy regular comparando el precio, el aire muy viejo y hacia mucho ruido. Yo se que el hotel se destaca por ser colonial y esa es la idea pero si deberían de pintar, restaurar paredes y techos que tienen huecos que no se ven para nada bonitos. El segundo día que llegue intente usar el teléfono de la habitación y no funcionaba aunque baje y el muchacho muy amablemente me ayudo con lo que necesitaba ( fue el único que realmente daba esa sensación de que disfrutaba su trabajo) el teléfono nunca se arreglo ni tuvo tono el resto de los dias que estuve.
