Es maravilloso, lindo, muy buena relación calidad precio.

Cons:

Sugiero mejor atención de parte del personal, en la recepción la señora atiende de mal genio, en las zonas comunes es difícil recibir atención de los meseros. Las instalaciones y el concepto es demasiado bueno, prestar más atención a la atención y servicio.

Pros:

Siempre me hospedo en el Hotel Guadalajara de Buga cuando visito la ciudad, ya que es un hotel tradicional, con historia y una ubicación muy conveniente. Además, deseo destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal y la excelente atención al cliente, quienes en todo momento fueron cordiales, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar.
Es importante reconocer que el lobby conserva un mobiliario de excelente calidad, particularmente las piezas de Ebanistería Lozano, que aportan elegancia y reflejan el valor histórico del lugar.
