Es muy decepcionante que un hotel considerado como el mejor de Buga no garantice algo tan básico como un buen descanso. Elegí este hotel precisamente con esa expectativa y viajé con mi madre, una persona de la tercera edad, quien prácticamente no pudo dormir en toda la noche.
La habitación tenía varios problemas inaceptables: la cortina tipo blackout no cerraba completamente, por lo que entraba luz del exterior durante toda la noche; además, una luz del pasillo se filtraba por el vidrio de la puerta, al punto de que tuve que salir a apagarla hacia las 2:00 a. m. También había zancudos y, por la cercanía de la habitación a la recepción, el ruido era constante y excesivo, haciendo imposible descansar.
Lo más frustrante fue la falta de respuesta del hotel. Presentamos la queja en tres oportunidades a tres personas diferentes y nadie hizo absolutamente nada: no ofrecieron cambiar la habitación, buscar una solución, ni siquiera tuvieron un gesto de compensación o interés por resolver el problema.
Es una lástima, porque las instalaciones son bonitas y tanto el desayuno como la comida son buenos. Sin embargo, cuando un hotel falla en su función principal —ofrecer un lugar adecuado para descansar— y además ignora las quejas de sus huéspedes, la experiencia termina siendo muy negativa. Espero que tomen medidas para corregir estos problemas y mejoren la atención al cliente.
Todo bien pero me cobraron mucho más porque la habitación por booking eran 395 mil pesos y me han cobrado
658.587 mil pesos y el consumo solo fue un maní un agua una crema dental y una gaseosa me puedes explicar esto que no lo entendí gracias

No tiene ascensor, el menu no es valluno, me parecio muy costoso para un hotel tan basico, escribi que iba de luna de miel , no recibi nada
El hotel es hermoso, creo que las fotos no le hacen justicia. Es supremamente central, todo queda cerca. El restaurante es delicioso y las personas que atienden muy amables.
Los recepcionistas tienen oportunidad en la atención.
