Everything about the hotel is good which is why we keep going back for another holiday. Cleanliness is faultless, Rooms are large and food very good. The animators and fitness staff put on lots og activities.

This was our second stay at the Papayas, we weren’t disappointed, the staff are the hotels greatest asset, they are all very welcoming, polite and helpful. The food was really good , drinks were good especially the calypso coffee. Would say my only disappointment was the entertainment , some nights it was amazing with the acrobat teams other nights it was very repetitive, but wouldn’t stop me going back. Great holiday for couples and families.

Third time at this resort, everything as you would expect from a 4.5 star resort. Always plenty of loungers available throughout the day, room spotless, food quality and variety very good.

The hotel is lovely from the staff reception, bar, restaurant, chefs and house keepers they were all attentive n happy blooming hard workers. Shout out to the chef who kept cooking the fish they were cooked to perfection. The entertainment guys were full of beans 24/7 great bunch you have there. The rock show was fantastic 🤘take a bow 👏.Hotel was immaculate.
Only 1 slight criticism the food was quite repetitive, I love chicken and fish. My partner doesn't like fish or pork and the 1 day there was 4 different porks, and not much else he fancied so he had pasta. But overall we really enjoyed so thankyou for making our holiday chilled

service was impeccable from choice of room, pool service and food. Spotlessly clean. All staff were friendle and helpful. I have been to Riu hotels and find them all of the same quality and excelent service, will have no hesitation of booking another holiday at the Papayas or any other Riu hotel.

Food choice was fantastic to the point we didnt eat out ! Asian Restaurant on site food was incredible....Hotel very clean...staff cannot do enough for you ... fresh towels for pool and room every day

Absolutely wonderful hotel . Everyone of the staff were friendly and hard working .
The entertainment team were wonderful and so professional. The restaurant team work so hard to give the most amazing food with lots of choice . I would recommend this hotel . This is our second stay and will be back thank for a lovely holiday 😁

The breakfast bacon was uncooked on several occassions

Returned a few weeks ago with mixed feelings , not quite what we expected for a RUI , the evening entertainment was pretty dire where the acts wouldnt get a gig in a working mans club , the place is huge and have only 2 seated bar areas so you have to down early to get a seat , there is no inside bar area either so if its raining or turning chilly a night as it was some nights your stuck. On the upside the food was plenty full and of a good standard , The Chinese themed restaurant is worth a visit if you can get booked in. The reception staff are very helpful as we had issues with the safe and our key card not working on a few occasions and was dealt with very promptly. Getting a sun bed was no problem we managed to get the same spot for the whole week with no silly get up times . Entertainment team were always working hard to keep people entertained if you wanted to be , Cant comment on the white party as didnt make it due to travel times but looks like plenty form the hotel did go . Relaxing atmosphere all week , would I return probably not although it was a nice relaxing week . If you go out of the hotel turn right about a 2 minute walk there is a set of bars on the left what are set back showing all football etc etc the Holland bar is well worth a visit cracking pint of Heineken for 4 euros . Made a few trips to Jumas where loads of shops and bars , ate down there 2 nights , prices same as UK to be honest but a nice change .
