Pros:

Zeer mooi en net hotel . Zwembad met bar en meer dan voldoende ligplaatsen . Het all inclusive eten en drinken is prima . De kamer was groot en schoon . Er was de gehele dag door entertainment . Het entertainment team en het overige personeel zeer vriendelijk.

hôtel bruyant, des 6h du matin bruits dans les couloirs des femmes de ménage, très mal insonorisé porte de chambre pas hermétique lumière du couloir dans la chambre toute la nuit!

Experiencia increible
Pros:

Te hacen sentir como en casa, gente encantadora y profesional, siempre les encontrarás con una sonrisa en la cara desde la gente de recepción, animación y hasta acabar por el personal de limpieza del hotel. Ha sido una bonita experiencia para volver a repetir cuando surja otra posibilidad, nos hemos ido encantados tanto yo como mi pareja, las actuaciones y shows por parte de la gente de animación fueron espectaculares junto a las coreografias.

Cons:

Por ponerle un pero que la verdad es complicado, se le pondria al vino que tienen para servir a los clientes siendo de cañero, fuimos a cenar al Olé al español un par de veces y sinceramente cuando comes a la carta los excelentes menús que nos sirvieron pues una copa de Rioja pues se echa de menos la verdad y no tomar ese vino con esos menú. Otro punto a mencionar, la falta de baños para los clientes cuando se dispone de 3 restaurantes a la gente le gusta ir al servicio en el restaurante en el que estás en ese momento no tener que salir del restaurante para poder ir al servicio.

Naprosto vyjímečný hotel s vysokým standardem. Hotel je čistý. Jak společné prostory, tak i pokoje působí, jako by byl hotel úplně nový, zážitek podtrhuje exkluzivní výběr jídla, drinků a k tomu úžasný a přátelský personál. Ve srovnání s jinými hotely, které jsem na Kanárských ostrovech již navštívil, byl tento s přehledem nejlepší! Určitě se sem opět vrátím.

Maravillosa desconexión
Pros:

La piscina bastante amplia, los cócteles estaban buenos, con hielo picado no los típicos de máquina solo. Animaciones con mucha frecuencia como aquagym y los animadores muy agradables.
Algo positivo de la piscina es que está delimitada, y solo se puede estar con colchonetas y pelotas en una zona.
Tiene buffet asiático que a mí particularmente me gustó, no es enorme pero para 1 o 2 noches es perfecto (hay que reservar con antelación).
El almuerzo y la cena bastante variadas, tiene de todo y pizzas en todo momento.
Para los canarios he de decir que no es el típico hotel para guiris que solo te ponen su música y ambientada para ellos, me sentí muy cómoda en ese sentido.
Las habitaciones están genial, me tocó la familiar y es muy grande. Camas cómodas y sin ruido externo.
Sin duda volvería, mi estancia fue muy buena

Cons:

Poco puedo decir que no me haya gustado, pero si tengo que recalcar algo es la poca variedad del desayuno, sobre todo en bollería.
