i like the staff service and lift .

Cons:

room , toilet and Carpet not clean, dust, and have sticky things at sink and toilet wall. and act . i also alredy tell mr Bernard about this issue.

Helpful staff made up for a lot of other deficiencies. Actual location was probably biggest issue.
Pros:

Staff were excellent and the rooms were very clean. Pool was nice.

Cons:

Located on the "wrong" side of the freeway meant walking through the tourist areas meant locating a footbridge and crossing. The location had very poor local habitation next door and construction. Food was not "hot" in the restaurant but room service food was. Very limited snacks etc on offer. Overall, the hotel is much "tireder" on the inside than the pictures represent.
