Very pleasant. Special treatment for the last guest.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. The hotel was being locked for renovation. Mr. Arvind and the rest of the staff made sure I had everything I needed even though I was the last and only guest for a few nights. Big thank you.

Cons:

Since the hotel was being locked for renovation, I could hear some drilling on the last two days, and it was difficult to get hot water in the shower. I'm sure there wouldn't be any problem if we were in season.
