Ein kleines Hotel, die S- und U-Bahn Neukölln ist schnell zu erreichen; gebrühter Kaffee und kleine Snacks stehen allen Gästen zur Verfügung, zur Ankunft wird ein Getränk gerreicht; ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit persönlicher, freundlicher Bedienung,auf Wunsch frisch zubereitete Eispeisen, frisch gespresster Orangensaft, sehr guter Kaffee;

Die Einrichtung ist stark in die Jahre gekommen; die Heizung sieht wirklich reudig aus; ein neuer vernünftiger Fernseher wäre sehr schön

Günstige Lage, sauberes Zimmer. Alles für eine Übernachtung ist vorhanden.Es war etwas laut (die Fenster gingen zur Straße hinaus), aber es gab einen Ventilator, der es mir ermöglichte, ruhig und bequem zu schlafen.

If you want to feel like at home - this is the right place
Pros:

Amazing Hospitality. From very first moments i felt welcomed - fruit and coffee at entrance. Very clear self checkin instrucions. Breakfast amazing - lots to choose from. Room had everything that you need. Good shower!

Telefonum ve maillerime 20dk boyunca cevap verilmedi ve hotel kapasi onundeki zile defalarca basmama rağmen acilmadi.. Farklı bir otel aramaya gidiyorken son kez tepefon ile aradım ve otel yetkilisi açtı. İnsanı zor durumda bırakması nedeniyle sevmedim

Pros:

Het hotel was erg rustig. Het hotel verlaten of terug betreden was erg makkelijk (met een code voor de voordeur). De kamer en de badkamer waren prima in orde.

Cons:

bij aankomst was er niemand aan de receptie, waardoor we niet binnen konden. Er hing een papiertje: terug binnen 10 minuten of bel ... Er was al iemand voor ons aan het wachten, wij belden het nummer. Dat nummer bleek onbereikbaar, ook door de persoon voor ons of door de personen achter ons. Er zat niets op dan wachten. We hebben toch wel meer dan 10 minuten (bovenop de tijd door de eerste persoon) moeten wachten. De receptioniste zelf was wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Bij vertrek was er een andere receptioniste, die nauwelijks iets zei, laat staan glimlachte of zo.

Gut gelegenes, preiswertes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr sauber, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, prima Frühstück, ruhiges Zimmer, günstiger Hotelparkplatz.

Cons:

Kein Aschenbecher im Aussenbereich.
Der Einlass ist unkomfortabel, man benötigt einen PIN für die erste Tür und seinen Zimmerschlüssel für die zweite Tür (und man bekommt nur einen Zimmerschlüssel).
