L’aménagement de la maison annexe est superbe, la petite terrasse juste après la porte d’entrée et le cosy salon disponible pour les résidents de l’annexe, et le matelas très confortable
Encore mieux si le wifi fonctionnait dans le cosy salon au Rez de chaussée de la maison annexe (surtout car le cosy salon est vraiment pratique pour se poser en silence - versus le rez de chaussée du bâtiment principal étant très passant)

El personal es muy atento con la salvedad de una de las recepcionistas que realizan turnos y que resultó muy impertinente y poco profesional en su trato con el cliente.
El parking es muy pequeño para dar cobertura a las habitaciones con las que cuenta el hotel, y no es un parking de hotel al uso.
El precio de la habitación es elevado para ser un 4 estrellas. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no refrigera adecuadamente.

Breakfasts were a little disappointing - we wound up getting our own
The staff were so friendly and the hotel is very stylish
The property was generally clean however … we did find a big lump of a previous residents cheese in the fridge which made us question how well the room had been checked or cleaned - the staff did deal with this very quickly for us
Contemporary small hotel, super centrally located in Biarritz, across Les Halles. Very convenient to have a parking area and a nice garden/patio area. Breakfast is top notch and sitting outside in the courtyard in the morning is great. Staff very helpful.
Be aware that the sofabed in the suite is too small to make a full 4-person room.
Bathroom was also rather small.
If we would come back (which we would) I would book 2 separate rooms.
