Infraestructura bonita, habitación cómoda y acogedora.

No tiene ascensor. No había toalla de cuerpo. Sin servicio de planchado.

I had a wonderful stay at Terra Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The service was professional and efficient. The location was very convenient. I really enjoyed the peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Everything was well organized throughout my stay. The facilities were comfortable and met my expectations. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. I would happily stay at Terra Hotel again.

Struttura con giardino, normale, ma poco accogliente

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato due camere, in entrambe polvere ovunque, in una delle due hanno lasciato piatti sporchi di ospiti precedenti e soprattutto trovato uno scarafaggio morto in bagno. Abbiamo chiesto di pulire meglio, ma hanno risposto di non avere personale disponibile, chiesto di cambiare stanza ma nessuna disponibilità. Siamo stati costretti a cambiare hotel alle 11 di sera. Mancanza di professionalità assoluta, non ci hanno nemmeno rimborsato la notte. Assolutamente da evitare!
