Great location
Pros:

Great location. Close to shopping locations and short drive to the Furniture Malls. Room is big.

Cons:

Room is dated. Toilet is old but clean. Lack of free laundry service that is a common offering at most China branded Hotels at similar price points.

Best Location in Foshan!
Pros:

Great location! Xin Tian Di Foshan is just at the back of the hotel. Nova mall is 4-500m away. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Not all the hotel staff (particularly, front desk and concierge) speak English.
