El aria del comedor del personal fue muy excelente atento, pero la comida realmente no tenía muy buenas opciones y la comida desabrido.
Del aria del recepción pues fue buena Pero no tanto porque pues no todo el personal del la recepción te atiende por igual, aveces de mala manera o de mala gana, si pides algo te dicen que ya se acabó o que van a ver si hay, Pero como les comenté que tenían mal servicio desde que llegué ahí si consiguieron lo que uno pide.
Y los cuartos ahí si, nunca dejaron agua de cortesía solamente un día, si no te dicen que bajes a lobi que ahí tienen agua a las 24hrs

Desayuno regular. Vista bien.

Cons:

El estacionamiento esta muy lejos y aparte se paga. La ventana estaba sucia con una etiqueta de ropa pegada. No tiene ningún restaurante, ni room service, el menú q ofrecen es de un restaurante externo q no lleva servicio al hotel y ofrecen un descuento q no respetan al consumir. Los pasillos parecen de hospital.

Cancelé al llegar.

Cons:

No tiene estacionamiento. Está ubicado en una zona cerrada, sin acceso al centro de Guadalajara. Mi hija requiere apoyo porque tiene movilidad limitada y no hubo manera de llegar al hotel para ella.

El personal fue muy atento siempre

Cons:

Las abitaciones de 2 camas son muy reducidas el baño muy pequeño también y además el baño siempre olía a drenaje, no quiero decir que estuviera sucio pero el olor parece salir de las tuberías
