Khách sạn gần nhiều quán ăn, địa điểm nổi tiếng. Có thể đi bộ ra cơm Cườm (rất ngon và rẻ), gần bún bò Bà Gái, bánh mỳ O Tho, đầu phố có Pharmacity, gần hàng gội đầu dưỡng sinh, mát xa...
Khách sạn ko quá mới nhưng sạch sẽ, thoáng, thoải mái, trong ngõ yên tĩnh, ko khí trong lành, đỗ xe ô tô ngoài đường rất yên tâm.

場所が最高。安くて清潔で快適。王宮まで歩いても行ける。

ホテルはやや古いが、部屋は清潔で、毎日掃除をしてくれて、ペットボトルの水２本を毎日補充してくれる。WiFiに問題はなく、エアコンもある。ホテル近くには、ローカルレストラン、カフェ、バインミー屋がいくつある。ビンコムプラザ内のWin Mart(ベトナムワインが安い。なお、川向こうのコープマートはもっと安い。)まで徒歩10分。テル従業員も毎日笑顔で接してくれる。日本語を話せる女性従業員もひとりいて、助かる。
