Notre séjour était génial ! on ne s’est pas ennuyés tout en ayant le repos que l’on recherchait

les animateurs au top ! Beaucoup d’activités proposées, les animateurs très dévoués pour nous faire passer de bons moments ! un très bon endroit pour les enfants !
le ménage toujours bien fait, propre, le personnel du restaurant très gentils également !
Il y a un large choix de plats, tout était très bon, il y en a pour tout les goûts.

Cons:

tout était très convenable, mais petit détail : il faudrait revoir les prises des chambres… dans la notre 1 seule sur 7 fonctionnait …

Je suis installé ici depuis hier et je suis totalement conquis. L'hôtel et les toboggans sont super, mais ce qui fait la vraie force de cet endroit, c'est son personnel.
Bien que leur travail soit quotidien et répétitif, chaque membre de l'équipe – sans exception – vous accueille avec une fraîcheur et un enthousiasme incroyables, comme si c'était leur tout premier jour de travail. Un professionnalisme et une gentillesse rares qui font toute la différence.
Un immense bravo et merci à tout le personnel pour leur accueil si chaleureux. Vous donnez une valeur immense à cet hôtel ! Je recommande à 100%

Le service est top personnel très aimable, serviable et a l ecoute, la bouffe est bonne en gros des plats ne sont pas trop a mon goût mais en général il y a pas mal de bon plats le goûter par contre n est pas vraiment diversifié

Alt var godt og fantastisk.
Pros:

Personalet var meget søde og hjælpesomme især, Sara, Khadija fra receptionen og Umaima fra spa.

Cons:

Mad, venlige personale, rene værelser, mange pool områder. Mange forskellige rutsjebaner ved forskellige pool.

Excellent séjour, comme toujours ! Personnel accueillant, professionnel et toujours à l’écoute. La nourriture est variée et animations au top.
