Almost perfect holiday!
Pros:

Fantastic all inclusive waterpark hotel! There's actually 2 waterparks on site; a smaller one for the small children/less confident and the big waterpark for bigger kids/thrill seekers. On top of that, there is 5 pools ranging in size and depth to suit all needs. The main pool has amazing music playing from around 10am to 6pm and activities like zumba and aqua aerobics to help burn off all those all inclusive calories 😁 It is the animation team who make this place! Such hard working and happy people, they are a credit to the company. By around day 3, they knew us by name and called us up to get involved in the activities. There was archery, darts, Moroccan tea making, zumba, water polo and morning stretch stretch to name but a few activities. The bartenders also knew the drink you wanted as you approached the bar. Grounds staff were out working every day to keep the lawns green and the grounds looking immaculate. Daily housekeeping staff make up beds and change towels.

Cons:

The food was mainly good, though really wouldn't be adequate for people with food allergies. One set of tongs were used across the tubs of cheese/ham/peppers etc at the omelette station and only the 1 ice cream scoop used across all the ice creams, including those with nuts. Some training in food allergens is much needed.

L'aqua parc.
La nourriture est bonne pour un all inclusive.

Cons:

Chambres très old school. Prix de la nuit très cher par rapport au standing qui est offert par l'établissement.
Les équipements sont globalement vétustes et mériteraient un rafraîchissement.

Très déçu dès notre arrivée. Cet hôtel est très loin des standards d'un véritable 5 étoiles, et encore plus loin du niveau proposé par d'autres hôtels du même groupe que nous avons récemment fréquentés.
L'accueil a été lamentable. Une employée de la réception s'est montrée très désagréable, pas du tout professionnelle et totalement indifférente à nos demandes. Elle ne répondait pas à nos questions, nous ignorait systématiquement et a rendu notre arrivée extrêmement désagréable. À elle seule, cette expérience justifie ma note de 1/5. Une personne avec une telle attitude n'a pas sa place à l'accueil d'un établissement censé représenter l'hôtellerie haut de gamme.
Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur piscine, mais on nous a attribué une chambre isolée sans aucune vue correspondant à notre réservation. Après notre réclamation, cette même employée a continué à nous ignorer. Heureusement, sa collègue a finalement pris le relais et a trouvé une solution.
Les équipements sont également décevants : chambre vieillissante, salle de bain médiocre et douche loin des standards attendus dans un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Le snacking a également été une mauvaise surprise : frites visiblement réchauffées et produits de qualité très moyenne. Même la pâte à tartiner proposée semble être une marque bas de gamme, ce qui est difficile à comprendre dans un établissement affichant 5 étoiles.
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel aux voyageurs à la recherche d'une expérience 5 étoiles digne de ce nom.

Pros:

This hotel is perfect for a family holiday, especially if you are looking for a calm, relaxing break where the kids can enjoy themselves all day.

If you like a holiday centred around swimming pools, water slides, good food and relaxing with the family, this is definitely a great place to stay. You can spend the whole day around the pool with the kids, enjoy the different water rides, and have three meals a day with plenty of choices.

For us, it was exactly the kind of family holiday we wanted, relaxing for the adults and plenty of fun for the children.

The staff were also amazing throughout our stay, friendly, professional, helpful and welcoming.

Overall, I think this is one of the best choices for a family focused, relaxing holiday with plenty of water activities.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended, full 5 stars from us!
