Pros:

La varietà e bonta' del cibo, la pulizia, il personale molto gentile. Nonostante la grandezza del villaggio, sembrava di stare a casa. Molto carina anche l'animazione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, non volevamo andare via.

Hôtel familial avec un très bel aquaparc, même si certaines installations mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours souriant et prêt à répondre au moindre besoin.

La restauration est variée, même si elle reste sous forme de buffet. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Nous avons séjourné en famille avec nos deux filles de 9 et 13 ans, et tout le monde a passé un excellent séjour.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel aux familles qui recherchent des vacances conviviales, avec de nombreuses activités pour les enfants.

Cons:

L’hôtel est situé à environ 25 à 30 minutes en taxi de la médina de Marrakech, ce qui le rend un peu excentré pour les visites en ville. En revanche, son emplacement est idéal pour partir à la découverte de la vallée de l’Ourika, située à seulement 35 minutes. C’est un endroit magnifique, niché au cœur des montagnes, où l’on profite d’un cadre verdoyant et d’une agréable fraîcheur, particulièrement appréciable en période de forte chaleur.

Excellent séjour en famille !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet hôtel ! Mes enfants ont particulièrement adoré les toboggans de l'hôtel et le Buffet très complet, qui ont largement contribué à rendre leur séjour inoubliable. Tout était adapté pour les familles, avec des équipements et des activités qui ont ravi petits et grands.

Je tiens à adresser un remerciement tout particulier à Madame Nora, Responsable Relation Client, pour son engagement et sa remarquable réactivité. Grâce à son professionnalisme et à son écoute, ma demande a trouvé une réponse rapide et efficace.
