The slides were amazing

Beau parc. Très cher au tarif nominal.
Pros:

Endroit très cosmopolite. Parc Aquatique fantastique - ma fille en a malheureusement peu profité. Restauration possible à toute heure.

Cons:

Manque un plan général. Difficulté d'accès à certaines activités (pas de raquettes pour le tennis de table). Eau chaude hors service par période dans la douche. Pas créé de liens.

October holidays stay at the Aquq Funl Club
Pros:

The kids absolutely loved the water slides. This was the main reason we picked the resort and they were a lot of fun. There is a smaller water park with slides for younger kids and then a much larger area for older kids. The resort was pretty quiet so there were no queues for the water slides and plenty of sun loungers available for us to find a spot to keep an eye on the kids.
The resort was clean, the family rooms were spacious and the food was pretty good.
Overall this is a great place to come with kids for a few days.

Cons:

As it was end of season, not everything was open or available. As an example, the rooftop terrace bar which would have been a great place to watch the sunset was closed despite a member of staff telling us about it when we checked in.
When my brother's family went to get their pool towels on the first day they were told they had run out and to come back in an hour. When they went back they were told there wouldn't be any until the next day so they didn't have any pool towels for the first day of our two night stay.
The kids could only get an ice cream between 3 and 5pm.
The selection of alcoholic drinks is quite basic with local rather than "branded" spirits.
We stayed for 2 nights which was perfect for us, we couldn't have done a full week here.
Overall this a fun place to come with kids for a short stay but it's not at the higher end of all inclusive.

Grand buffet, activités pour les enfants, kids club, piscine chauffante bien chaude, beaucoup de toboggans, les employés gentils, Bakery, très sympa, taxi de l'hôtel très pratique

Cons:

Variété du buffet après plus de 2 jours : répétitif, chambres parfois bruyantes : canalisations ou clim, sol glissant vers les piscines, 8-9h les femmes de ménages viennent chercher le linge mais nettoient la chambre plus tard. Sinon parfait 9/10 !

La chambre était spacieuse et la literie très bonne. La complexe était propre.

Cons:

Les animations étaient peu nombreuses. Les piscines extérieures ne sont pas chauffées, l'eau est très froide en octobre. Les chambres de l'hôtel sont mal insonorisées, nous entendions tous les bruits du couloir. La navette gratuite pour Marrakech passe 3 fois par jour avec seulement 20 places.

Pros:

Les infrastructures aquatiques sont top pour les enfants, les chambres familiales sont bien faites avec une séparation entre les enfants et les parents

Cons:

Les infrastructures sont vieillissantes et il n’y a aucune isolation phonique. L’année dernière nous avions eu droit à une fuite d’eau dans la chambre, cette année c’était une coupure d’électricité. La nourriture par ailleurs baissé en qualité.

Je conseille l’établissement à 100%. Tout était propre, la nourriture était très variée et très bonne. Le personnel était super !
Note toute particulière pour l’espace SPA, les dames de l’accueil étaient extraordinaires et tellement gentilles. On s’est fait masser 2x et fait un Hammam traditionnel et les dames étaient superbes. Mention particulière à Nahid, qui était tellement adorable!

Bon séjour, repos, toboggans
Pros:

Nourriture bonne, découverte de toutes sortes de tajines. Les toboggans et piscine propre et grande. Peu de monde pour l’utilisation des toboggans donc pas d’attente les enfants étaient très heureux.

Cons:

L’hygiène au restaurant n’était pas tout les jours parfaite.

Nous avons moins aimé le vue de notre chambre "vue jardin" c'est plutôt vue sur l'arrière de l'hôtel et il n'y a rien
