I booked for 3 adults but i got a room number 704 ,only 2 single beds,2 pillows and the room is suitable for 2 people only,very disappointed,but that's was very late check in and i was only wants to sleep and dont want to argue,thats my complain.

Lokasi hotel yang sangat strategik untuk pelancong yang ingin menyelam di tengah Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur!!
Pros:

Paling utama adalah lokasi yang sangat dekat dengan kemudahan kenderaan awam, parking kereta berbayar disediakan, bilik bersih, staff sangat membantu & harga yang mampu milik.

Cons:

Saya booked untuk 3 orang dewasa, sepatutnya hotel sediakan bilik untuk 3 orang.. katil boleh dikongsi, tetapi bantal hanya 2, tuala jugak 2! Sangat mengecewakan!!

Aircond remote non functional during stay even changing the battery. So the room temperature felt warm. The towel are not prepared during my stay.
