Une expérience pas comme les autres année

L emplacements le lieu etais tres bien avec les piscines.exterieur toboggan.

Cons:

Les deux ascenseurs extérieur ne fonctionne pas la piscine le jacuzzi etais en travaux le chambre de vapeur ne fonctionne pas. Au hammam a 18h plus d eau chaude .
Avant ont nous proposait des serviettes la il en donne plus pour le hammam et sauna.
Je me suis énervé a plusieurs reprises avec le mr qui s occupe de la salle de sport du hammam et du sauna pour qu'il me donne une serviettes il ma dit prend ceux de ta chambres a plusieurs reprises alors qu'il en donne au personne qui fréquente la salle de sport. Tres désagréable.

L'aquaparc est très bien, le problème est qu'il ouvre trop tard à 11h.

Cons:

On n'avait pas d'eau chaude dans les chambres et l'eau de la piscine était trop froide.

Ik raad het zeker niet aan!

Eerlijk gezegd alleen dat ze een eigen beveiligd parkeerplaats hadden.

Cons:

Alles was verouderd en het viel vies tegen de prijs die we hebben betaald en wat we hebben gekregen. Onze upgrade werd niet gegeven. Ze begonnen meteen met extra prijs betalen. Eten was erg slecht en smaakloos. Et werd gezegd zeezicht. We keken letterlijk naar een dak met viezigheid. Alles in de kamer was oud de douchekop viel letterlijk van de houder eraf de douche was vol schimmel. Koelkast deed het niet.

体验感就一般，和国内的五星级酒店根本无法比。

员工比较热情，有事有求必应。

Cons:

房间打扫（第二天早上在房间时就敲门要搞卫生，告知下午再来搞，结果直接不搞，房间里水和厕纸都没有，也不管不顾），把客人自己带的洗脸巾和浴巾也给收走了。第四天前台告知还要住一晚，结果续房后水还是没有放，还把一次性拖鞋给处理了。另外员工的办事效率特低，第一天醒来房间里有蜈蚣，等了好久总共打了两次电话才上来，另外要求拿水来也是等了好久。还有第二天晚上回来酒店的WI-FI用不了，前台跑了2趟，告知需要技术解决，结果等到第四天了才弄好。
