Mai mult pentru familii cu copii care rămân doar in hotel. Aqua park ul este deosebit!

Personalul, cu mici excepții.
Mâncarea foarte bună și diversificată.

Cons:

E foarte greu să ajungi la plajă. Și dacă ajungi acolo ești restricționat maxim de proprietăți.
Foarte greu cu limba engleză...

Freundliche Mitarbeiter.. jeden tag frische Handtücher gute Auswahl an Frühstück

Cons:

Musste im dreckigen bettunterlage schlafen.. obwohl ich die Bettwäsche raus gemacht habe, das es die Mitarbeiterin sieht hat sie einfach das dreckige unterlage auf der Matratze gelegt und drauf ein frisches bezug gemacht... klima anlage muss unbedingt gewartet werden.. die filter sind so voll das die anlage nicht richtig funktioniert ich musste den deckel aufmachen. Das überhaupt luft raus kommt. Klo deckel war teils defekt.

Хотела се намира на лесно място на главния път преди град Силиврия. Стаята беше просторна, чиста . Обслужването е на ниво. Закуската и вечерята бяха хубави. Аквапарка е на две нива като на всяко има DJ които пускаха свежа музика. Има 2 големи басейна за възрастни и 3 за деца, има общо 8 водни пързалки. Почистването около басейните беше постоянно. Имахме изненада в стаята след като се настанихме. Следващата година пак ще посетим този хотел , мястото е невероятно за деца. Препоръчвам

Предимно се говори на турски език, английския език не е на почит особено на заведението на басейна. Храната на заведението около басейна беше много скъпа и само с банкова карта. Събота и неделя има голям наплив от външни посетители които препълват Аква парка. Единият ден нямаше топла вода в стаята но все пак хотела беше препълнен

un hôtel magnifique avec un personnel magnifique
Pros:

les toboggans pour les enfants , l’accueil, le personnel, l’espace, les jeux pour enfants , les piscines , la salle de sport…Un très bel hôtel , nous avons été trop bien reçu par le personnel très gentil et souriant , je recommanderai autour de moi

L’aquaparc répondait à nos attentes mais l’eau était trop froide .

Cons:

Nous sommes déçu, l’hôtel ne correspond pas à cinq étoiles. Les chambres sont très anciens, il y avait une odeur dans la salle de bain, beaucoup de poussière. Il y avait que un ascenseur sur trois qui fonctionnait et donc l’attente était trop longue. Le seul point positif était l’aquaparc. Mais malheureusement malgré une température maxi de 28 29 degre en exterieur L’eau restait très froide.

Overall / in General we enjoyed our stay and would come again.
Pros:

We especially enjoyed the aquapark, the beautiful surroundings, and the hotel’s great location. The pool area and the overall atmosphere were also highlights of our stay.

Unfortunately, most of the staff were not as friendly as we had hoped. However, we had the pleasure of meeting Kimiya and Mert at the reception, who were always happy to help and immediately took care of any request we had. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and always assisted us with genuine friendliness and a positive attitude. A big compliment to both of them!

Cons:

What we would criticize is mainly the cleanliness and hygiene. We feel that the rooms could benefit from more thorough cleaning and greater attention to detail, for example making sure that the bed linen is completely clean and free of stains. We also noticed that whenever we needed something, such as additional towels, we often had to ask several times before receiving it. In the evening, it sometimes felt like there was no one available to assist with such requests.

The furniture and overall design of the rooms and hotel also feel somewhat outdated. A modern touch-up or renovation would definitely improve the overall experience and give the hotel a fresher and more contemporary feel.

La posizione e la pulizia delle stanze.
