Great, thanks
Pros:

The location is great, near to everything! The reception is so welcome specially the Ziya! The breakfast was good, but they can improve it a little bit with more options!

Cons:

Nothing specific, only elevator doesn’t work well, and in my last night the electric was on and off during the night!

Très bon séjour, hôtel impeccable!
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner très complet, les fruits étaient murs à point avec du goût! L'omelette était très moelleuse. Le café était très bon, pas trop fort. Le personnel très agréable et gentil, notamment la dame en salle de restauration.
La propreté est irréprochable ainsi que le confort.
L'hôtel est très bien situé pour rejoindre les sites à visiter, avec le tramway à deux pas.

Cons:

En arrivant, on nous a attribué une chambre assez petite qui ne correspondait pas à ce que j'avais réservé sur le site (j'avais fait très attention à la superficie). Le lendemain matin, le responsable a fait le nécessaire pour nous changer de chambre. Heureusement car 6 nuits dans la première chambre n'aurait carrément pas été possible. Merci mais il ne me semble pas normal de devoir réclamer pour cela!

Would recommend if you like access to public transit, good breakfast and clean accommodation’s. Would definatly return.
Pros:

The location was excellent. You are one block from the funicular and short walk to tram. Galata tower is 5 min walk.
The Breakfast and view from rooftop was spectacular.
But the most stand out part of my stay was the helpful lovely young lady at the front desk. Thank you so much to Bayza

Cons:

Not much to not like.
The only room left was so small my suitcase wouldn’t fit.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time in Istanbul. Great location, friendly staff and a pleasant atmospher
Pros:

Excellent location close to Galata Tower, restaurants and public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was a great base for exploring Istanbul.

Cons:

The room was a little small, but it was not a major issue for a short stay.
