très bon accueil; hotel un peu vieux( la salle de bain pourrait être rénové car fissure au niveau du tour de la douche) mais propre. petite chambre.

Nous aurions aimé pouvoir en parler mais l’accès nous a été refusé´

Nous nous sommes présentés à 21 h 15
La réceptionniste toujours présente nous a expliqué qu’il était trop tard, la réception ferme à 21 heures , et ne nous a pas donné notre chambre, qui avait été payée par avance. Nous avons dû trouver un hébergement en urgence
IL est tout à fait étonnant de refuser l’accès à ses clients pour un retard minime alors que bien évidemment la personne qui nous refuse l’accès était habilitée à donner les clés, il s’agissait bien de la réceptionniste et non d’un veilleur de nuit
