Location was good.
The not so obvious areas, side of bedside tables, the TV remote had been stolen and we had to use the on TV controls, that highlighted the TV was thick with dust...
I have stayed here a lot over the years . I like how easy it is to get to. I like the feel of the place and I like the rooms . I can’t wait for the restaurant to be open again and for breakfasts in the morning . I didn’t mind ordering food in as places are near

I didnt stay that night, due to change in facilutues at hotel that I originally booked
The fact that no refund was offered or chance to use the monies for another hotel later in the year. I use this app a few times a year. I felt as a loyal customer this should of been offered to me.
The room was a good size, the sofa and the bed were both very comfortable and cosy. Tea and coffee facilities were provided as well as some breakfast items, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The car park had ample spaces and easy to park in.
The bathroom wasn't clean, had to clean the towel rail and bath before we used them. The TV in the room was very small, we ended up borrowing one from my partners parents house so we could relax in the room during the evenings and mornings. Our room was also at the front of the hotel which was very noisy due to the road.
Unfortunately none of the milk or breakfast items were dairy free, we did ask but were advised vegan option was not available. Also the bar didn't seem to be open at all during our 3 night weekend stay.
