Toller Aufenthalt, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Tolle Lage, direkt am See, Badetücher und SUP stehen gratis zur Verfügung, ebenso Velos… Essen ist hervorragend, Bad und sanitäre Einrichtungen Top sauber, sehr ruhige Umgebung, die Eisenbahnlinie hinter dem Hotel hat uns nicht gestört. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Der Boden im Zimmer war nicht ganz so sauber… aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau

Erholsam, wunderschön, wohltuend
Pros:

Die Lage war traumhaft, direkt am See, in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mit dem Auto ca 10min nach Locarno. Das Frühstück sehr frisch und hatte alles was es braucht. Die Terasse zum Frühstücken traumhaft schön mit Seesicht im Schatten von Bäumen in einem herrlichen Morgenwind. Das Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht, zum Baden am See gab es Tücher, SUP und Liegestühle zur freien Nutzung und zudem Fahrradräder. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommen, unkompliziert und freundlich.

Eigentlich nichts, war alles wirklich toll

Perfect stay for couples in a beautiful setting

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Mit einem gelungenen Restaurantbesuch wäre es perfekt gewesen

Der Empfang von einem langjährigen Mitarbeiter der Repetition war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich hatte das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Die Abwicklung des Check-Ins lief ohne Probleme ab.

Cons:

Wir haben schon vorgängig einen Tisch im Restaurant reserviert. Es wurden alle Gäste sehr nahe zusammengesetzt, obwohl es viele freie Tische gab. Da hätte ich mir einen angenehmen Abend in einer etwas persönlicheren Atmosphäre gewünscht. Was jedoch viel störender wirkte, war die lange Zeit, in welchen wir vor den leeren Tellern sassen. Wir sprechen nicht von einer vollen oder überfüllten Auslastung des Restaurants. Schade, das hat meinen Besuch beeinträchtigt.
