Think carefully before choosing this place! You might be better off choosing some place else.
Pros:

The room was pretty big, nice with good air conditioner. The room was nothing like the pictures of any room that was advertised but actually way nicer and better looking. You could easily make food in the room we had.

Cons:

We had ants in the bed, on us when we tried to sleep, in the fridge, bathroom and pretty much anywhere. The bed broke the second last day of our stay. The bed was thin and hard, I have some back issues so if you or anyone you travel with has this you should think carefully about this place before booking. Prices where in my opinion too high. The worst part is, there is no personell there and they had an extremely bad AI you had to talk to trough WhatsApp that was a pain and it took time to get in touch with real human staff every time. They promised to get extra pillow and duvet (for my back issues) several times but it never happened. They promised to give 20% refund for what happened witch should be around 240 euros but they gave less than 190 in practice. If you are not a picky and flexible traveler this place can be considered, if not you are probably better of choosing somewhere else.

No lo recomiendo en absoluto
Pros:

La comunicación con el personal y que atendieron nuestras peticiones sin problema alguno y de forma rápida (pedimos más nórdicos y toallas).
La ubicación, andando se puede ir a ver lo principal de Amsterdam.

Cons:

No me gustaron, en absoluto, las condiciones del apartamento, (al menos el que nos tocó a nosotras), estaba en el sótano, las dos camas que tenía eran minúsculas, una pegada a la otra y sin tener margen de maniobra para poder separarlas ya que no había más espacio en la habitación, de tal manera que tuvimos que sacarla al salón, en el cual entraba todo el ruido al estar en pie de calle y sin ninguna insonorización. Apenas entra luz natural (al ser un sótano). La decoración fría y desoladora, deprimente en cuanto ponías un pie en el apartamento. Más que de vacaciones te sentías cumpliendo un arresto. En las fotos es imposible apreciar el apartamento a como realidad. Nada recomendable, sería entendible si pagarás como si estuvieras en un hostel o un albergue, pero no es el caso. El precio de la estancia es una barbaridad teniendo en cuenta todo.

Didn’t stay in the hotel room other than to sleep but it was okay , but I wouldn’t stay again.

Wasn’t the room advertised..
No oven..
Lack of decoration..
Way too expensive…(so much so I wouldn’t be able to stay again)
Zero view & too basic for the hefty price.
Also , my partner left a t shirt there and “ no one found it” … was either binned or taken!!

Très déçu, le logement été sale ( invasion de fourmi) , très compliqué pour joindre quelqu'un...arriver sur place et être contraint d'attendre plus d'une heure avant d'avoir le code pour pouvoir entrer dans le logement. Pas de torchon, ni assez de serviette, couette sale... c'est la première fois que je vois une location dans cet état, très très chère !!! Pour la prestation reçue !!!

Il giardino esterno è piccolo ma molto carino.
Ovviamente ad uso comune.

Cons:

Molto sporco, volevamo andarcene via ma essendoci il kings day c’era poca alternativa.
Abbiamo comprato i detersivi e le spugne, non c’era niente per pulire, niente scopa, niente stracci, niente secchio per l’acqua.
il bagno minuscolo.
Non hanno neanche spazzato per terra prima del nostro arrivo.
Ho i miei dubbi anche sulle lenzuola.
Per questi soldi si trova molto di meglio,
È la quarta visita che facciamo ad Amsterdam

Много чисто, кухненският бокс беше зареден с всички необходими прибори, ако гостите решат да си приготвят храна. Имаше заредени кафе капсули, захар, сол, зехтин. В банята имаше заредени шампоан, балсам, лосион за тяло. Като местоположение е на около 15 минути пеша до идеалния център.

Cons:

Може би бих избрала апартамент на етажите, защото dockside flats са малко под нивото на приземните етажи, което е нормално за сградите в Амстердам.

Perfect for a short stay; some minor issues, but nothing major.
Pros:

Fantastic location! Our apartment was incredibly quiet as it faced the inner courtyard, meaning we couldn't hear any street noise at all. Overall, it's the perfect place for a short trip because everything is so conveniently close.

Cons:

Regarding some other reviews: we didn't have any issues with mice, but there were some ants
