Pros:

Decent location, not super central but close to supermarkets and the NEMO museum and a short walk from cafes etc. It was a good sized apartment with very high ceilings, check in was straightforward

Cons:

We were staying in the very end apartment so it was covered by trees which made the apartment quite dark even first thing of a morning as no natural light coming though, we encountered some issues whilst staying, an alarm going off in the apartment block through til the early hours on our first night and the toilet backing up into the shower on the last day which despite contacting the property, was not resolved leading us to stay in the apartment next door on our last night, the property has said they will refund us a certain amount due to the inconvenience caused. The artwork was also very questionable

Pros:

On est resté une heure de vent car il ne nous avait pas envoyé le code. Il a fallu s’inscrire envoyer les cartes d’identité de toutes les personnes sur place. C’est une vraie galère franchement plus jamais je louerai ce type d’établissement. C’est la première fois qu’on a autant galéré, c’était plus de stress qu’autre chose.

Cons:

Personne n’était là pour nous aider. Le code n’a pas été envoyé. C’était une vraie galère. On a dû s’inscrire sur une application envoyer des papiers pour recevoir notre code plus jamais je vous déconseille

Mit Abstand schlechteste Unterkunft die wir bis jetzt über Booking.com gebucht hatten.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut

Cons:

Bad viel zu eng und muffig
Unterkunft im Keller mit so gut wie kein Tageslicht
Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden- schlechtes Raumklima
Bad / Toilette nur durch klapprige Schiebetür direkt neben dem Bett getrennt.
Bett war sehr weich und unbequem
Küchenzeile konnte max. für Teezubereitung genutzt werden
Preis Leistungsverhältnis ungenügend

La neverita no funcionaba, varios enchufes tampoco, estaba en un sótano con ventanas a pie de calle que se veia todo el interior por lo que no podías tener las ventanas sin echar la cortina, que para entrar no habia indicaciones claras...

Pros:

Ho soggiornato con altri 4 amici in un appartamento a due piani con due camere; al piano inferiore c'era il bagno, con doccia ampia, due lavandini, specchio e il gabinetto, una camera con letto matrimoniale e un'altra con due letti singoli. Entrambe le camere erano provviste di comodini, armadi e una coppia di asciugamani per ogni ospite. Nel bagno c'era una buona scorta di carta igienica, bagnoschiuma, shampoo, crema corpo e sapone liquido.
L'altro letto, matrimoniale, era al piano superiore con la cucina, ampia e spaziosa con un bel tavolo, sei sedie e uno specchio. Abbiamo sfruttato poco la cucina, ma c'era tutto il necessario (idem per la lavatrice al piano inferiore con un phon, il ferro da stiro e un piccolo asse).
Appena siamo arrivati siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla pulizia, ottima, dell'appartamento, raggiungibile in soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Per raggiungere gli altri posti ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi, Uber o tram (Amsterdam è servita benissimo). Letti e cuscini comodi, appartamento super silenzioso. Check-in e check-out fatti velocemente e senza intoppi con l'applicazione.
Segnalo che non c'è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nella struttura che però offre uno sconto sull'applicazione "Bounce", super utile per trovare locali/coffee shops etc nelle vicinanze dove poter lasciare i bagagli (a pagamento).

Cons:

Il Wi-fi andava a tratti, soprattutto nella zona inferiore della casa. Per collegare la parte superiore a quella inferiore c'è una scala un po' stretta: fattibile, ma attenzione perchè basta davvero poco per scivolare...!

La ubicación

Cons:

Era incómodo, no tenía wifi, olor a baño,secador no funcionaba, no es para cuatro personas, el sillón cama en malas condiciones, el acceso al dormitorio por una escalera fina y empinada, imposible, poca luz en general y lo único que alumbraba está caído, no pudimos prender la cocina, no tenía instrucciones .
Las ventanas no abrían, la mampara del baño no cerraba, un desastre todo! No acorde el precio a lo ofrecido.
Hicimos el reclamo apenas entramos y nunca se contactaron. Si no hubiera sido por un buen caballero que nos ayudó no hubiésemos podido acceder!

Think carefully before choosing this place! You might be better off choosing some place else.
Pros:

The room was pretty big, nice with good air conditioner. The room was nothing like the pictures of any room that was advertised but actually way nicer and better looking. You could easily make food in the room we had.

Cons:

We had ants in the bed, on us when we tried to sleep, in the fridge, bathroom and pretty much anywhere. The bed broke the second last day of our stay. The bed was thin and hard, I have some back issues so if you or anyone you travel with has this you should think carefully about this place before booking. Prices where in my opinion too high. The worst part is, there is no personell there and they had an extremely bad AI you had to talk to trough WhatsApp that was a pain and it took time to get in touch with real human staff every time. They promised to get extra pillow and duvet (for my back issues) several times but it never happened. They promised to give 20% refund for what happened witch should be around 240 euros but they gave less than 190 in practice. If you are not a picky and flexible traveler this place can be considered, if not you are probably better of choosing somewhere else.
