Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage am See und einen tollen Ruheraum im Wellnessbereich mit Blick auf die Berge.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber, es waren noch Haare in der Dusche, die Minibar roch als wäre etwas darin gestorben und es gab keine Lüftung im Badezimmer. Dazu war unser Zimmer, Raum 122, direkt neben dem Treppenaufgang wo Tischkicker standen, die sehr laut in unserem Zimmer zu hören waren. Wir haben das Hotel auch über die ersten beiden Missstände informiert und es kam keine Reaktion. In anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie wird sich darum sofort gekümmert und man bekommt häufig einen Drink aufs Haus, hier aber nicht. Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass ich von einem Hotel für 220 Euro die Nacht deutlich mehr erwarte.

Krásne ubytovanie uprostred hôr
Pros:

Hotel nám zabezpečil prepravu z Tatranskej Polianky až k Sliezskemu hotelu a späť, mali sme polpenziu, strava boka skvelá, večera formou bufetového stolovania, rôzny výber jedál, skvelo pripravených, personál bol veľmi milý, nápomocný a úctivý, vyšli nám veľmi v ústrety a priniesli nám na požiadanie rychlovarnú konvicu na izbu, zároveň nás informovali o možnosti rezervacie wellnessu, čo sme hneď využili a zajednali večerný wellness, matrace boli pohodlbé, kozmetika a fén k dispozícií na izbe.

Cons:

Uvítala by som na izbe rýchlovarnú konvicu a výber čajov / kávy, inak bolo všetko super.

Inak je to naozaj krásny zážitok se vším všudy ❤️
Pros:

Všetko krásne čisté. Neskutočne dobré jedlo či už večere alebo raňajky - vždy super chutný výber 🙂

Cons:

Jediné mínus - postele. Pomerne mäkké ale hlavne extrémne hlučné. Každé otočenie na posteli je veľmi hlasné a je to dosť nepríjemné. Dokonca sme počuli aj posteľ susedov.
