Great hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Very easy check-in, lovely staff members and a nice clean room. We booked a double/twin room, and a few days before we travelled, we asked for a twin room. They initially confirmed they had booked a double room for us, but changed it to a twin room when we asked, which made the trip very comfortable for us. I found out later that this was something I could've specified myself on the booking, but they were still kind enough to change it for us.

We were able to use the bag store on our last day after checkout, which made things much easier for us. Staff were always friendly and attentive and made it a very nice trip. The hotel is well located for public transport, nice restaurants for dinner (De Kade, Spaghattata, Casa Thai) and breakfast (Jordy's Bakery). It's also only a 15-minute walk from Rotterdam Centraal, and 20 minutes walk to the Cube Houses, the Euromast, and other landmarks. Great place to stay!

Fijne sfeer, goed hotel.
Pros:

Prima locatie, met veel bezienswaardigheden in het centrum van Rotterdam op loopafstand. Erasmus MC op 5 minuten lopen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijt. Goede kamer, goede bedden, prima badkamer.

Cons:

Wij waren er op een extreem warme dag. Er was wel een ventilator op de kamer maar geen airco. Het raam kon wel open, maar er was af en toe rumoer op de weg. Daardoor werden we een paar keer wakker.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, ist unschlagbar
10 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und 5 min zu Fuß Richtung Zentrum/Bars/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Personal, ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.
Das Frühstück ist top, man bekommt sein Frühstücksei (in jeglicher Form) frisch zubereitet und gebracht.
Wir waren eine 6er Gruppe und wir sind begeistert gewesen
