Très belles vacances dans un bel endroit, avec de très belles rencontres et de merveilleux souvenirs
Pros:

Les chambres sont très agréables et l’emplacement est idéal, juste en face de la marina, avec tout à proximité.
Le petit-déjeuner est très bien servi et varié. Le personnel de l’hôtel est toujours à l’écoute, disponible et prêt à aider. Une très belle expérience !

Tout était parfait, à quelques petits détails près.

L’odeur d’égout dans notre salle de bain était assez désagréable. Il serait également appréciable d’avoir une petite machine à laver ainsi qu’un étendoir à linge dans l’appartement. Après un séjour de dix jours, cela serait vraiment pratique pour pouvoir laver et faire sécher son linge.

Dans l’espace wellness, il serait également agréable de mettre à disposition des bouteilles d’eau afin de pouvoir se réhydrater après le sauna ou le hammam. Une musique d’ambiance douce, avec des sons de la nature ou des oiseaux, rendrait également cet espace encore plus agréable et relaxant, et permettrait aux clients de se sentir davantage dans une atmosphère de bien-être et de détente.

Great location in Sao Miguel, close to everything, with a great and friendly service.
Pros:

The location was perfect for town, right on the edge and a less than 5 minute walk to the main restaurants and bars, and the portas da cidade.

Loved it. Also breakfast was great and they would switch up products so you could try Azorean pastries.
Pros:

The location was amazing. So easy for walking around.

Parking could be difficult but we found a good paid lot a quick walk away.

Loved our stay at Gaivota and definitely will return and recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was great everything was fresh and staff were amazing. Always ready to help. Location is perfect.
The Front desk staff go out of their way to assist in any way they can. Example a young girl from Holland ask me to use my phone hers had died, but was unable, I went to the front desk charged they charge her phone. I was appreciative of their kindness in a time of need.

Cons:

Everything was fantastic, the could add more variety of fruits at breakfast.
But as I said it was great for me.
