Scam
Pros:

Scammed, booking.com had issues during island weather emergency and website malfunctioned . Hotel gaivota said to book only thru there and couldn’t over phone then charged me 500 euros when the booking online had an error

Habitación equipada al 100%. Muy cómoda la estancia.

Gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, gratis Tee in der Lobby

Cons:

Kakerlaken im Zimmer, ein Zimmer ohne Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit, sehr laut, keine Kosmetikprodukte (Wattepads, Rasierer etc.) zu Verfügung, Flughafen durch die Reptionisten am Vortag bestellt: dieses wäre 15 min zu spät gekommen daher musste ich selbst eines in letzter Minute organisieren

Lage für die Erkundung von Ponta Delgada sehr gut (für eine Erkundung der Insel mit dem Auto würde ich ein Hotel außerhalb empfehlen (aufrund der zentralen Lage und dem Verkehr und Parkplatzsituation). Der Spabereich ist sehr nett, kann aber nur gebucht für 45 Minuten genutzt werden, dafür aber alleine.

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig, vor allem zum Gang hin, Reinigungskräfte und vorbeilaufende Menschen hört man sehr gut.
Design des Empfangscounters ist etwas steril und damit wirkt die Kommunikation mit dem Personal dann immer etwas unentspannt.
