An unbelievable experience
Pros:

The convent is unbelievable and was a treat to stay there.

Cons:

The hotel could improve on their breaskfasts, when compared to Convento pousada Arraiolos and Convento de Orada, which are far superior.

Apesar de tudo foram 3 noites de boa estadia.
Pros:

Do edifício bem conservado; da localização no coração da Serra,("isolado" da civilização quanto baste); da piscina. Cama confortável.

Cons:

Do quarto 135, no res-do-chao de um anexo fota do edifício principal, apesar de espaçoso, a televisão localiza-se no hall de entrada, que quase não se utiliza, porque o quarto é ao fundo de um corredor. Não sendo um apartamento é um quarto pouco convencional.
Se estava na descrição do alojamento não entendi que era um anexo ao edifício principal.
O pequeno almoço, era bom para um hotel de 3 *** mas fraco para um de 4 ****.

Espetacular
Pros:

Fomos numa escapadinha de casal e realçamos a localização, tranquilidade, conforto e simpatia dos funcionários do Hotel. É um convento com história no interior do Alentejo com recantos únicos e cheios de história. O restaurante do O Ermita é incrível em termos de serviço e refeição.
