Empregados do pequeno almoço muito maus
Einfach ALLES! Spektakuläre Lage, die Ruhe, das bis ins Detail sanierte Gebäude mit großartiger Architektur und Geschichte. Ein Muss, wenn man Ruhe und Entschleunigung sucht. Das Restaurant und der exzellente Service ist ebenfalls sehr hervorzuheben. Das Zimmer war genau richtig für uns und extrem sauber! Sehr freundliches und immer hilfsbereite Menschen an der Rezeption!
Es war alles perfekt, wir haben nichts zu beanstanden!

O convento é lindíssimo e está muito bem conservado. Piscinas bem cuidadas. O espaço envolvente é 5* para quem gosta de natureza e trilhos. Restaurante muito bom.

We were only here for one night but it was a truly memorable stay. The Convent is an amazing building and the staff were very well informed and helpful showing us around when we showed an interest in its history. Lots of lovely spaces to enjoy the gardens and fabulous views. The meal we had in the restaurant was delicious and good value for money. Again the staff looked after us really well. We definitely intend to return. Both pools were delightful and not busy.
There was not anything we did not like. The entrance to the building would be difficult if you have mobility issues but when I asked the receptionist informed me that there is easier access to the restaurant.

Colaboradores de todos os outlets muito simpáticos, em especial a Margarida da receção, super simpática e prestável.
Jantar no Ermita muito bom, excelente atendimento, boas porções e tremendamente bem confeccionado.
Toda a área envolvente está bem tratada e excelente para passeios. Zonas de piscina confortáveis, achei bastante interessante podermos explorar livremente várias áreas do convento.
Reservamos quarto duplo com cama de casal, mas não estava disponível, a limpeza deixa imenso a desejar para um 4*, janelas com mosquitos e teias de aranha, cabelos na casa de banho, o reservatório de gel de banho estava vazio.
Pequeno-almoço com pouca variedade mas é compensação era saboroso.
Quartos com pouco isolamento de som, dá para ouvir tudo nos corredores, mas entendo que é pelo facto de ser bastante antigo, é nesse ponto que a relação qualidade - preço não está ajustada.
Simpatia dos funcionários com quem contactámos foi marca distintiva, em particular a pessoa (Margarida) que estava na recepção quando chegámos, noite dentro e que deixou tudo organizado para que pudéssemos sair bem cedo com o pequeno almoço tomado. Bem hajam!
O único ponto menos bom é o duche. O jato é muito fino/agudo, o que se torna desconfortável mesmo com a água muito pouco aberta. Não se segura no suporte de parede na posição correta o que faz com que se inunde a casa de banho. O manípulo para mudar entre duche e banheira não estava a funcionar.
Envolvência, e trilhos na serra
Uma experiência muito agradável. Simpatia, edifício histórico magnífico e um pequeno-almoço muito agradável.
