Bij het inchecken gaat het mis, klopt niet. Er zit een fout in het systeem waardoor je dubbel betaald als je niet oppast.

Karakter van een Hotel is verdwenen.
Pros:

Locatie en kamer.

Cons:

Onduidelijke entree. En 1,5 uur eerder inchecken voor € 20, is niet erg klantvriendelijk. En hoezo betaal je een verblijfsbijdrage van € 3,90 pp! Lijkt wel Methode Ryanair, als je begrijpt wat ik bedoel.

Mooi kasteel, goed bereikbaar.

Cons:

€12,50 betalen voor het parkeren op het ruime terrein. Vrij vreemd vonden wij, als je er al dik betaald voor een kamer en ontbijt.

De douche liep niet door, waardoor de badkamer blank stond. Dit met onze handdoeken opgeruimd. Zelf putje open gemaakt voordat het ook de slaapkamer in zou lopen.

Het is een mooi kasteel, buiten, entree mooi. De bedden waren goed, en het was erg rustig.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was veel te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt stond maar 1 fles water die voor driekwart leeg was. Ze zouden een nieuwe fles halen maar die kwam niet en toen zijn wij vertrokken.
