Cumpriu mas a experiência podia e devia ser melhor.

Boa localização, simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Quarto minimalista, mobiliário antigo, alguma sujidade no chão, não disponibilização de late check-out, pequeno almoço deveria ser mais completo.

Os funcionários fantásticos, a piscina é espectacular e a localização.
Quando chegámos tínhamos uma inundação no quarto, trocaram-nos de quarto quase que imediatamente. Colocaram-nos numa ala em que os quartos estavam a ser renovados, apenas 2 ou 3 estava concluídos mas estavam prontos a serem utilizados poor hóspedes. Fizeram tudo o que era possível para não sermos incomodados, o que aconteceu e tivemos uma noite bastante tranquila.

Cons:

O restaurante demasiado caro para a qualidade que tem, a melhorar para acompanhar a qualidade do hotel.
