Bequemes, sauberes Basic-Hotel
Pros:

Gute Lage zum Flughafen, um die Ecke ist die S-Bahn-Station Gateway Garden. Modernes und freundliches Interieur
Getränke und Snacks zu kaufen neben der Rezeption, allerdings sehr teuer.
Zimmer top sauber, Bett sehr bequem.
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt günstig und praktisch.

Cons:

Schlechte vorab-Informationen zur Buchung des Parkplatzes (es handelt sich in der Tat um nummerierte Plätze neben den Gebäude).
Personal an der Rezeption freundlich, wirkte aber etwas planlos.
Einrichtung zum Teil abgenutzt. Lichtschalter neben dem Bett klebrig.
Klimaanlage hat zwar sehr laut geblasen, aber in keinster Weise gekühlt, unbrauchbar.
Anfliegende Flugzeuge bei West-Wind (meistens) direkt übers Dach im 5-Minuten-Takt ab 6 Uhr morgens (Landebahn Nordwest), was sich durch die Schallisolierung nicht ganz ausgeblendete ausblenden lässt.

Zweckmäßig als Zwischenstop zum Flughafen

Gute Lage zum Flughafen obwohl Terminal 2 momentan ja geschlossen ist .Freundliche checkin und checkout Abwicklung

Cons:

Zimmer mit 2 Koffern sehr beengt und etwas abgewohnt aber für 1 Nacht in Ordnung

Gerne wieder (vor allem wegen dem Personal) aber ohne Frühstück.
Pros:

Da ich an einer Tagung um die Ecke teilgenommen habe, war die Lage für mich optimal. Auch die Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln spricht für die Lage!
Trotz des vielen anstehenden und der etwaige damit verbundene Stress für das Personal lässt mich zu der Einschätzung kommen, dass das Personal in allen Situationen sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen war!

Cons:

Im Alltag versuche ich, mich bewusst zu ernähren und so war das Frühstück für mich unterdurchschnittlich. Obst aus der Dose, 08 15 Müsli/Brötchen/Käse, entspricht wirklich nicht meinen Vorstellungen von einem Frühstück. Hinzukommt noch, dass die Räumlichkeiten für die Menge der Gäste zu klein war. Für Kaffee in einer 3-5 m langen Schlange anstehen, das erlebe ich in Hotels wirklich sehr, sehr selten.
Auch das anstehen beim Checkin erlebt man heute kaum noch. Keine Ahnung, was da das Problem war.

The rooms were incredibly hot, with the fan only able to blow air around no AC. The building was noisy and a member of staff actually waked into my room when I was in bed at 8am with no apology.

Sehr schöner Lobbybereich

Cons:

War als "Zwischenstopp" vor einem Flug dort in einem Doppelzimmer. Für eine Person mit großem Koffer okay, für zwei vermutlich zu eng. In der Dusche war Schwarzschimmel und der Mülleimer nicht geleert. Für den Preis inakzeptabel.

Klimaanlage ging nicht, es war total heiß in dem Zimmer, dass man das Fenster ganz öffnen musste. Und dann sind die Flugzeuge drüber gerauscht. Besonders toll, wenn man am nächsten Tag einen 9 stündigen Flug vor sich hat! Zimmer zu klein.
