Buona scelta e bellissima citta'

Gentilissimi e disponibili a dare ogni tipo di informazione,bagno pulito, letto e cuscini comodi, stanza ampia.
Posizione perfetta per visitare i monumenti più importanti.

Struttura da migliorare decisamente
Pros:

La posizione centrale, la disponibilità dello staff gentilissimo, il cambio della biancheria giornaliero.

Cons:

Mancanza della colazione che non servono in hotel, la struttura datata con moquette nelle aree condivise piuttosto trascorsa e malridotta. La presenza di tre motori dei condizionatori sotto la finestra della camera provocava rumori molto fastidiosi durante la notte.

Great value, attentive staff
Pros:

Very cute property with nice rooms and well positioned in the city. It feels like good value overall. The staff was especially wonderful and helpful to the point where it made me feel like I would definitely be interested in staying here again, knowing that I was in good hands.

Отзывчивый персонал, расположение отеля в самом центре, но в небольшом переулке, было достаточно тихо.

Cons:

В дверце душа была огромна дыра. Запах в ванной комнате был затхлый все дни моего пребывания там. Поселили меня в меньший номер, чем было заявлено при бронировании номера. Но спасибо, что не в подвальном помещении.

Ubicación fantástica para acceder a centro histórico. Bonita decoración. Personal muy amable. La habitación tenia buen tamaño para 3.

La ubicacion y la atencion de todos los jovenes de la recepcion

Cons:

Tuvimos 2 etapas de alojamiento(1ero 2 dias y luego 3)En la primera estadia en habitacion en 3er piso fue buena con la salvedad de que la ducha no disponia de mucho caudal de agua y el secador de pelo andaba mal,nos cambiaron las toallss e hicieron la habitacion diariamente.La segunda etapa nos toco una habitacion en planta baja x 3 noches y tuvimos que solicitar toallas cada dia y nunca vinieron a hacer ls habitacion.Creo que los baños deberian limpiarse mas en profundidad sobre todo el tema de las juntas de los cersmicos de las duchas.Eso no es en detrimento de la buena atencion que tuvieron todo el personal de la recepcion

Perfect place to enjoy Istanbul !
Pros:

Very nice suites for our family of 5 with a view on the sea. People of the hostel were warmly welcoming and provided information at any question. At a few steps from major attractions and public transportation.

The hotel is in an excellent location, quiet, and kept spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping. I would especially like to highlight Omar, who is an outstanding member of the staff. He was always kind, helpful, and ready to recommend fantastic places for dinner. It’s a real pleasure to stay somewhere where people genuinely care about making your experience better.
