Séjour formidable
Pros:

Hôtel superbe très bien placé à deux pas de la mosquée bleue et Aya Sofia. Le personnel était très sympathique, surtout Hamza a l’accueil qui ne sait pas quoi faire pour vous faire plaisir, il parle couramment français. Pour mon anniversaire, ils avaient mis une bouteille de vin ainsi qu’un gâteau dans la chambre, j’ai été très touchée de cette attention. La chambre était très confortable ainsi que la literie, ménage impeccable tous les jours.

Cons:

J’avais réservé une chambre avec vue sur mer, mais on ne voyait pas beaucoup la mer de ma fenêtre, j’avais surtout la vue sur le terrain vague en face. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais mériterait d’être plus copieux et varié. La vue sur mer était magnifique.
Le point le plus négatif de mon séjour a été l’isolation sonore entre les chambres. C’était très mal isolé et parfois j’avais l’impression que le voisin prenait sa douche dans ma chambre! Mais pour avoir essayé plusieurs hôtels à Istanbul, c’est un problème recurrent.

A very solid offer and value for money, the staff are extremely helpful and are there for you 24/7

Very good location, cosy and clean accommodation and extremely helpful and trustworthy staff. I strongly recommend trying the options available at reception, they will arrange transportation and ensure a very pleasant experience. The massage (hammam) service was way above my expectations. I would strongly recommend Muyan Suites!

Cons:

I can't think of any noteworthy minuses.

Locatia in zona veche a orasului

Cons:

Filtrul aerului conditionat era murdar, in baie nu era destula curatenie. Dupa ce am atras atentia asupra acestor aspecte personalului de la receptie, in camera pe care am avut-o, s-au remediat deficientele

Очень приятное место с радушным персоналом и очень милым хозяином отеля. Все понравилось, и сама комната, и завтрак с прекрасным видом на город и море, и очень удобное расположение.Спасибо за теплый прием!

Excelente opción en Estambul. Muy buena ubicación, a pocas cuadras de Hagia Sofia, Mezquita Azul, Cisterna Basilica y Palacio Topkapi. El desayuno es super completo y variado. La habitación es amplia y limpia. Personal muy amable y dedicado. El colectivo desde el aeropuerto tiene una parada a 5 cuadras del hotel aprox.

Отличный отель!
Pros:

Удобное расположение, большой и комфортный семейный номер (201, 3 этаж), с прекрасным видом на море!
Отдыхали вместе с маленьким ребенком, было удобно что есть вторая комната с диваном, где можно было отдохнуть пока ребенок спал.
Кровать очень широкая, матрас и подушки удобные. Уборка ежедневная.
Кормят вкусными завтраками, меню очень разнообразное и очень вкусное! Больше всего запомнились намазки на тост 😍 Вид со столовой прекрасный, можно посидеть на открытом балконе и полюбоваться морем!

Персонал просто великолепный! Очень внимательный и чуткий. Детей очень любят 🫶

Много где останавливались в Стамбуле, но этот отель нас покорил! Однозначно будем приезжать еще сюда.

Спасибо огромное за комфортное проживание 💫

Pros:

L'hotel è situato in posizione ottimale. Molti dei monumenti principali e la fermata del tram sono a pochi minuti dall'hotel. La gestione dell'hotel è familiare, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Noi abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera per dei rumori vicini, e ci hanno fatto cambiare la camera senza alcun differenza di prezzo. In stanza è disponibile sempre l'acqua e le bevande calde. Nonostante la vicinanza alle moschee il suono del muezzin non si sentiva molto. Io sono celiaca e hanno cercato di farmi mangiare qualcosa senza contaminazione, facendomi trovare anche il pane senza glutine. Ringrazio il signor Emrah e suo fratello per la gentilezza e la cortesia. E anche il proprietario, di cui purtroppo non so il nome, per la disponibilità a risolvere le nostre richieste. Spero di tornare a istanbul e ricevere la stessa accoglienza.

La nostra stanza era vicino alla cucina e si sentivano i rumori e gli odori che provenivano da lì.

Great staff, great service, great location 👍 photo taken from breakfast room balcony
Pros:

The staff were brilliant, particularly Hamsa - nothing was too much trouble. The location is excellent and is a short walk to many of Istanbuls major attractions and numerous restaurant. The included breakfast was really good as well.

Cons:

If I am to be picky the bathroom was a bit tired. Everything worked really well but a new course of tile grout would boost it.

Pros:

Превосходный номер сьют, который мне дали. Не хотелось из него выходить. Аутентично, красиво, удобно, чисто. Кафе на 4 этаже с видом на море, прекрасно в любую погоду.
Завтраки умеренные, персонал очень приветливый. Наблюдала, как помогали с маленькими детками, очень мило.
