Pros:

Огромное спасибо за шикарный отдых! Мне предоставили самый лучший номер в отеле - на 18 этаже с понарамным окном на всю стену! Это восторг души, какой вид открывается! Видно весь город - Хайфа особо хороша в ночных огнях! А благодаря тому, что видно море, я утром встречала рассвет и это было необыкновенное зрелище с такой высоты!
Отель уютный, персонал любезный, улыбчивый, говорят на русском в том числе, что радует! Все показали, рассказали, девочка на рецепшене поделилась бытовыми приборами, хотя не обязана была. Другая, на другой день решила вопросы по поводу завтрака! Огромное ей спасибо!
В номере удобнейший матрас и хорошие подушки, есть даже миникухня с холодильником и шкафчиками, отличный кофе, сахар, чай, чайник. В душе косметика Мертвого моря (обожаю ее).
Чисто, тихо, хотя рядом центральная улица с транспортом и оживленной торговлей! Сразу возле отеля круглосуточный магазин, работает в шабат в том числе (это важно, ведь магазины в шабат закрыты обычно).
Завтрак чудесный, очень-очень вкусный и разнообразный. Была с дочкой, ей тоже было вкусно, а она разборчива в еде, как многие подростки.
Я в восторге от отеля! Десять из десяти! Однозначно вернусь еще!

Pros:

тихо, спокойный район, отличный персонал, вода нагревалась быстро. по нашей просьбе дали самый высокий этаж, вид был симпатичный. была скидка на номера в день брони

Cons:

кровать неудобная, номера уставшие, хотелось бы полотенце для ног в санузел
