Convenient location, spotless rooms with comfortable beds, excellent service with kindness!
Pros:

Bon Ami Hotel exceeded all my expectations, and trust me I'm picky and like excellent value.

I paid $60AUD a night which is a bargain in itself for the incredible location - just a short 3mins walk to Ben Thanh Market and 5mins to Saigon Centre / Takashimaya, and a 10 min Grab ride ($2AUD) to The New Playground / Central Market.

The rooms were spotless, beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was nice too! Even without a window, it still felt light and airy - aircon was very good. For those that care about accessibility, there is an elevator from the ground floor up to the hotel floors, so you don't need to walk the front steps.

But the best thing was the staff, they were exceptional. Reception spoke excellent English, happily shared recommendations for nearby places to eat, drink and explore, and every staff member—from reception to the café team and doorman—was warm, friendly and welcoming.

The reason I'm writing this review, though, is because of the incredible hospitality.

After checking out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage while I explored the city. Unfortunately, I got caught in heavy rain was so absolutely soaked upon my return to collect our luggage. To my surprise, the manager generously offered me a freshly cleaned room so that I could shower and dry my drenched clothes before my flight. I was so grateful - I offered a tip, but she politely declined, saying she simply wanted to help.

That act of kindness meant so much and is something I'll never forget. Bon Ami Hotel offers outstanding value, a great location, and hospitality that goes above and beyond. I'll only ever stay here if I'm in HCMC.

Cons:

The temporary bfast area only fits approx 12 tables, so you need to be quick to breakfast if you don't want to wait in line. Not really a problem though.

Központi helyen van, szinte az összes látnivaló séta távolságra, rendkívül kedves személyzet, tiszta, maximálisan felszerelt kényelmes szoba.

Étterem felújítás miatt egy ideiglenes helyen volt a reggeliztetés. Ez a hely kicsi volt, nem mindig volt hely és akkor a lobbiba reggeliztünk. A választék kicsi volt és mindennap ugyanaz a 2- 3 étel.

Il n'y a qu'un seul ascenseur. Si on habite à 10ème ou 11ème étage, ça serait très difficile de descendre à pied en cas de problème.
