Good stay at a reasonable price
Decent, comfortable hotel. Great location. A few minutes walk from two rail stations - Shin Okubo and Okubo. About 20 minutes walk to Shinjuku. Loved the retro headboards and Japanese style toilet/bidet
Didn't dislike anything though there are steps from the street and I didn't notice whether or not there was a lift from street level. If there isn't, then disabled access may be a problem.
Location in one of the vibrant areas of tokyo. So many options to eat, easy transport options with 2 stations very close, convenient stores everywhere as well as almost every other facility you can think of.
Stairs to second floor ok for us but may be issue for people who have trouble with staircase.

Fantastic location right by the Metro that circled tourist areas. The food and convenience stores in the area were great not to mention a Don Quijote a few doors up . Staff were helpful, but don’t rely on them to do the luggage transfer, they will not do it. They just point at a QR code.
The property was very tired lacked space for 4 in one room. With the need for Google and communication between us charging in the room was vital, adding cameras too was a challenge due to a lack of sockets or USB

ロケーションと、外から聞こえる外国人の声がうるさかった事。他は部屋が狭かった事。今回2人で泊まって歩くと避けなければいけなかった。朝、寒く感じた事。
