Pros:

Loved the location. It is beside the 24hour Donki shop. A lot of foods and convenience store nearby and the train station is very near. I also liked that they clean our rooms everyday.

Les lits confortables. De la place pour 3 personnes et des valises dans les chambres pour 3.

Cons:

L'odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre au 7eme étage provenant d'une trappe près du placard. Après avoir ouvert l'évacuation d'air, celle-ci est atténuée après 24h. Fils électriques visibles, déco et équipements très vieux.

Top Lage,Metro 2 Minuten Fußweg,,Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke,Restaurants etc auch überall.
Hotel ist nicht für Leute mit Gehbehinderung geeignet.Die Rezeption ist ca 20 Treppenstufen zur 1.Etage erreichbar.
Raucherraum im 6.Stock mit Wasserspender und Getränkeautomat.
Zimmer sind klein,aber ok.wir hatten 3 Koffer,das war schwierig 🤣
Personal war super freundlich, uns hat es super gefallen 👍👍👍👍👍👍

交通與飲食方便的住宿地點，但飯店有年代感
Pros:

住宿地點在新大久保車站附近，走路3-4分鐘即可抵達，並且有7-11、Aeon超市、lawson 100、lawson、堂吉訶德、業務超市，餐廳也很多，交通機能與飲食非常方便。

Cons:

飯店本身比較老舊，硬體設備都看得出年代感，且隔音不好，可以聽到房門外有人經過的嬉鬧聲。

No fue lo que esperaba.
Pros:

No mucho que destacar.

Cons:

Las camas y almohadas eran malas.
El baño muy chico, el agua del lavatory y ducha eran el mismo. Tenía un switch que hacía de transfer entre uno y otro. Si te bañabas, no podías lavarte las manos al mismo tiempo. Las toallas eran muy malas.
El ingreso al hotel era por escaleras, primer piso por escaleras.
La zona no es linda pero eso fue un error mío por no haberlo sabido con anticipación.
