A cute period property with friendly staff. A good freshly prepared breakfast served in a great setting.

Cons:

Extremely awkward accessing room upstairs, narrow steep stairs & extra low beams in the room made using the facilities difficult.

Cute and cosy cottage in the heart of the new forest
Pros:

Cute little cottage in a gorgeous village, easy parking and close to the train station . The breakfast was great and staff very friendly. I would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend away.

Cons:

As it is an old building you can hear the people moving in the rooms above, however the old building is a part of the charm.

Cons:

The bedroom windows! No top ones to open,was worried about dogs jumping out& main road ,a few feet away.probably nothing can be done ,being a 16th century cottage. Not a problem ,only in hot weather!
