Bel emplacement mais le reste laisse à désirer

L'emplacement dans un quartier calme et pas loin d'un arrêt de bus

Je ne m'attendais pas à un grand confort mais le couloir sentait la cigarette et un spray avec une forte odeur a été pulvérisé dans la chambre avant la remise de la clé. L'odeur était vraiment trop forte et désagréable pour quelqu'un qui s'apprêtait à dormir.
Enfin, le petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout adapté à quelqu'un qui ne consomme pas de sucre. Pas d'oeufs ou autre aliments permettant de se nourrir le matin sans consommer des aliments sucrés.
Je trouve les tarifs à la nuitée disproportionné pour ce que l'établissement offre.

L'hotel è in posto calmo e tranquillo. La camera era piccola ma pulita. La colazione molto semplice ma compresa nel prezzo. Il fatto che ci sia un parcheggio, seppure minuscolo, è positivo visto la strada adiacente è con disco orario

Cons:

Lo stato generale dell'edificio che risulta vetusto. Le finestre in camera non si chiudevano completamente. Inoltre c'era una forte puzza di fumo nel corridoio.

It was a good stay. I'd book this hotel again
Pros:

Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, beds comfortable, WiFi working. Breakfast was nice. The location (North Brussels) was what we wanted.

Cons:

Rooms were not accessible (no lift) for people with mobility issues. Not a problem for us, but I would indicate this in the description, so that potential customers be aware of this.
