Çok temiz, konforlu
Pros:

Metroya ve tramvaya yakın. Temizlik çok iyi. Yataklar rahat. Her gün odaya temizlik yapılıyor. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz. Biz 3 gün kaldık. Yine tercih ederiz.

Cons:

Kat görevlilerinin sesinden rahatsız olduk. Odada boy aynası yoktu.

Super netter Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend und ist gut mit sowohl U-Bahn als auch Straßenbahn erreichbar, zu Fuß liegt es ca. 20min vom Prager Hauptbahnhof und 30min von der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war sauber, voll ausgestattet und sehr groß. Es gab einen Kühlschrank, Safe, Wasserkocher mit einem Assortment an Tee & Kaffee. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war ausreichend und alles war stets frisch. Sie konnten unser Gepäck auch nach unserem Check-out problemlos verwahren. Eine durchwegs positive Erfahrungen und sehr zu empfehlen!

Cons:

Die Wände sind sehr hellhörig/dünn.

Agradable estancia en excelente ubicación (JZP)
Pros:

La limpieza de la habitación estaba perfecta. Todo lo que se necesitaba a disposición. El desayuno incluido estaba muy completo y preparado.

La ubicación es excelente, la plaza JZP al lado es un lugar muy bueno, y estas a una caminata de Riegrovy sady.

Kan tänka mig att bo där igen. Bra komfort, pris, frukost, läge och personal!
Pros:

Rent, fräscht och bekväma sängar. I närheten finns restauranger och krogar med olika inriktning. Vattenkokare, te och kaffe på rummet. Bra möjlighet till att åka med kollektivtrafik. Trevligt bemötande av personalen 😊

Cons:

Frukostutbudet var bra men det fylldes inte på snabbt nog. Trots gott om personal som städade av borden så saknades det alltid något. Antingen saknades bestick, koppar eller så behövde kaffemaskinen eller något på buffén fyllas på. Varma rätter var ibland kalla som om varmhållningen inte var igång och yoghurt som borde varit kall var mer rumsvarm. Ganska trångt mellan borden. På rummen hade det varit bra med schampo och balsam istället för all-in-one-duschtvål.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay from 07th September to 14th at Hotel La Fenice! The location is superb — only 150 m from the metro and 100 m from the tram stop. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic — 5+ stars! The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
