Pros:

Magnifique demeure dans les remparts.

Cons:

Accès compliqué : on a du porter nos valises sur des centaines de mètres sur des pavés imparfaits et monter de nombreux escaliers. Mieux vaut arriver très léger. Évidemment cela fait partie du charme. Mais ils pourraient envoyer des instructions claires : se garer à tel endroit, deposer les bagages et appeler la réception.
Chambre très/trop petite; mauvaise insonorisation

O pequeno almoço, podia ter uma maior variedade de frutas, e com uma apresentação mais cuidada. Maior variedade de pastelaria. Uma torradeira pra poder fazer torradas. Pequenos ajustes que vão fazer a diferença.

BONITO HOTEL EN PUEBLO AMURALLADO
Pros:

El personal se preocupa de que estés cómodo. Son muy amables y atentos
El silencio por la noche.

Cons:

La ubicación tiene pros y contras. El hotel esta dentro de la ciudad y por tanto se tiene que aparcar fuera de la muralla y llevar la maleta en la mano. Eso es incomodo. Podría haber un transporte en trolley. Por otro lado el que esté dentro de la ciudad le da un punto de encanto al lugar.

L'accès à l'hôtel avec des bagages ; il serait pertinent que les hôtels s'associent pour disposer d'une voiturette (type golf) afin de venir chercher les bagages (voire les clients) à leur parking-voiture.

Great location and staff was very helpful. However, be advised that you cannot drive to the hotel. It is inside of the walls. IT IS ADVISABLE TO PARK NEAR AN OPENING IN THE CASTLE WALLS BETWEEN 10 a.m. AND NOON AS PEOPLE LEAVE.

A localização é optima

Não gostei da recepção da funcionária muito mal encarada situação do pequeno almoço incluído que tinha um e-mail da mesma a confirmar o pequeno almoço e simplesmente a funcionária antipatica dizia que não tinha direito o mesmo quando tinha um e-mail deles a dizer que sim estava incluído ela só aceitou irmos o pequeno almoço quando pedi livro de reclamações
O quarto cheira muito a mofo “ humidade” de manhã na casa de banho tinha um par de baratas que também vieram dormir o nosso quarto
