La zona cerca del centro

Cons:

Como propietaria de un hotel, no actuaron dando la facilidad de desayunar antes en el buffet teniendo una excursión temprano ( primero nos dijeron que sin problema la noche anterior y después cuando bajamos 15 minutos antes de que abriera el buffet y escuchándoles prepararlo no nos dejaron desayunar )
Se olvidaban de poner toallas
No nos dejaron quedar más rato en las habitaciones ya que teníamos el vuelo a las 22h
Nose, el trato al cliente no fue como nos gustaría

Skvělé umístění hotelu. Pokoj čistý a hezký, varná konvice na pokoji. Příjemný personál.
Pros:

Umístění hotelu výborné - doprava z letiště jednoduchá, centrum dostupné pěšky i dopravou. Hezký čistý hotel, příjemný a ochotný personál. Balkon u pokoje je super. Doporučuji.

La situación, se puede ir andando a muchos puntos de interés o en el metro que está a muy pocos metros y el personal muy atentos.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had difficulty resting because the guests in the room next to us were very loud until after midnight. The noise continued late into the night and affected our sleep and overall experience.
I would appreciate stronger action in situations like this to help maintain a quiet environment for all guests.

Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom, rapaz da recepção foi super educado, deu várias dicas, resolveu a função do ar que estava travada no quarto pela central na recepção.

Pros:

20-30 хвилин можна добратися пішки до основних визначених місць, але дорога якою іти смерділа, пробували і по паралельних йти, але там теж жах, сумку треба тримати , бо континент який там живе не викликає довіри

Cons:

Фото не відповідають дійсності, номер дуже маленький, стіни пошарпані, розташування в дуже поганому районі поруч багато бомжів, грязно, смердить

Pros:

O quarto era espaçoso. Tinha uma pequena varanda, agradável. A cama e as almofadas eram bastante confortáveis. Havia café, chá e uma garrafa de água no quarto, o que é sempre positivo. O staff foi, em geral, simpático e alguns foram especialmente prestáveis.

Cons:

A casa de banho podia ser maior e o painel da banheira é insuficiente, bem como as toalhas e o espaço para as estender. As amenities eram bastante básicas. Houve um problema com o chuveiro e foi necessário falar sobre isto duas vezes, antes de ser resolvido (quando deveria ter sido logo tratado). Ter de escrever o número de um cartão, para uma caução, é também algo absurdo e deveria existir uma alternativa mais segura.
