Cons:

Ho avuto modo di cenare con degli amici e non abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento scontroso. Servizio improvvisato oltre che delle due tagliate, sono state servite senza chiedere il gradimento sulla cottura. Mi dispiace solo che per l'amico che si è prodigato per farci passare una serata in bella compagnia, ma purtroppo il servizio e la cucina del ristorante non sono stati per niente all'altezza. Fatto presente alla cassa la risposta è stata, tanto voi, dopo questa sera, non verrete più. Da aggiungere che eravamo solo la nostra tavolata.
Albergo nella media, la stanza affacciava su un posso luce che conduceva in un locale di servizio e la privacy era garantita solo da un tendaggio.

The location was ideal to walk within the town of Vignola. We had breakfast & dinner at the hotel, both of which were excellent. And plenty of free parking at the hotel

Estancia muy agradable.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, lugar muy tranquilo rodeado de césped y mucho verde. Recomiendo tener coche para mayor comodidad, hay parking en el exterior del hotel. Habitaciones sencillas pero cómodas y acogedoras. Baños nuevos, modernos y muy limpios. Minibar con varios snacks y bebidas disponibles. El desayuno también es sencillo pero completo y más que suficiente; todo bastante rico.

Cons:

El último día, a la hora del check-out, la chica joven que nos atendió estaba un poco espesa y lenta, eso hizo que tardáramos mucho rato en salir. Teníamos prisa porque teníamos reuniones importantes y aquello nos retrasó un poco el día.

La prenotazione comprendeva la suite con vasca idromassaggio più 2 giornate di accesso alla spa con colazione.

La vasca idromassaggio, che ha aumentato il prezzo di almeno di 100,00 euro in più rispetto ad una camera normale standard, NON ERA FUNZIONANTE, e quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni, ci rispondono che erano perfettamente a conoscenza del problema esistente da tempo in quanto per la riparazione è necessario un pezzo di ricambio non ancora disponibile (perché vendere qualcosa di inesistente?).

Il primo giorno, al mattino, non ci aspettavano per la colazione, e l’accoglienza è stata (testuali parole): “ma voi chi siete?”.

Quando andiamo a chiedere per l’accesso alla spa, credo il responsabile, ci dice dell’impossibilità in quanto tutta completamente prenotata e piena; successivamente, l’addetta alla reception ci permette l’accesso.

In tutto questo, dopo aver speso più di 500,00 euro per 2 persone e 2 sole notti con spa, e dopo essermi sentito quasi un ospite non gradito nonostante avessi tranquillamente pagato e chiesto di usufruire dei servizi acquistati, mi viene consegnato un buono di 30 euro a titolo di rimborso per il disagio.
